The room was nice and windy

Location is very good. Amenities was not good (swimming pool)
did not try food. Room having tow bed which can accommodate 4 persons but cleaning is not proper. The washing area was too small and not maintained properly by hotel. The hot water facility is only available from 8-10 a. M
tv remote was not available in room. Overall experience is average considering facility, amenities & price.

Good and clean. Food are good tasty, needs improvement on service part. The kitchen should be clean.

The room provided ac was not working. The bathroom had water taps for bathing behind the bathroom door. It was really congested room. They changed the room later but had to ask for everything little thing. Hot water supply was only from morning 8am to 10am. This was not mentioned in the amenities.

This Hotel is a Scam center. For the safety of your family never stay here. 1- Snake found in the hotel on 24th August in front of me. 2- I booked two rooms for total 5500 but at the time of check out they charged me 11000 which is a completely a scam and fraud. 3- Cockroach in bed and washroom 4- Rooms are very dirty, blanket, bedsheet are very dirty. 5- No room cleaning facility. This hotel is a big Scam in Matheran. Be safe ..

Location is ok. 10 minutes walk from matheran railway station. Just adjacent to khandala view point.

The hotel is below average. The family room with two beds is unclean and located in the basement without any windows or air ventilation. The bathroom is poorly maintained, with water leaking from the sides of the commode. As expected, hot water is only available between 8-10 am, but even then, it's barely more than a bucketful. The blankets are old and worn, likely used for ages. The location is average, situated at the far end of the market. The staff is terrible; we had to remind them multiple times to address our concerns.

Rooms were not ready before checking time. No amenities provided like towel or soap. Bedsheets were dirty. Hot water supply was not there. Too high price as compared to stay

Worst hotel i have ever stayed, it was stinking and bathroom was not clean. For 3k per day expected at-least basic stuff.
