The most cost-effective hotel I have been to Hilton during the Spring Festival. Shangri-La and other hotels. Although it is much more luxurious than this, this hotel is located in the Blue Bay beach and has a private island like Shangri-La. It is the best place for the entire Mauritius coral to see the smallest fish. It can be said that building a mid-range hotel here is simply a waste.

During the Spring Festival, a family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and it felt great! Not willing to go! Breakfast is rich, you can also feed fish while eating (a beautiful sea fish that can only be seen by snorkeling), feed birds (see at least three kinds of birds), picturesque scenery, free experience golf, glass boat trip to and from deer during your stay Island, recreation room, elephant tortoise watching, bicycling, glass-bottom boat ride to and from the opposite bank ... I also accidentally found a lot of mango trees and Sakyamuni trees. The greening of the entire hotel is exquisite, and some live in oversized bonsai The feeling in the absolute paradise on earth!

The breakfast was very rich and the room was very new. We called for two bottles of water on WeChat at 8:30 in the evening and also called the front desk twice. The water never came. A little disappointed. The hotel is not big, the beach is public and can go all the way to the end. The spa is good and the Chinese service is great. We also ordered a New Year's meal and that grouper fillet was quite delicious!

Prices of hotels in Mauritius can be high, especially those to the coast. Palms Horel offered a quite good solution in Quatre Bornes: it’s affordable (about 60 EUR a night) and not that far from more touristic places (about 30 min drive to the Capital, Port Louis, or the beaches of Flic en Flac). We were there for a 1-week business meeting. Facilities were very good. And any issues (happened) were very quickly solved by the staff …the staff (all, from the reception desk to the hotel manager) is definitely the key of Palms. Incredibly nice and helpful. The lady managing the meeting room area (and the coffee breaks) is a gem. The man and lady keeping the bar, the ladies in the restaurant and those at the reception were so nice. The Hotel staff was so helpful to accommodate on short notice for our Muslim colleagues who started the fasting of Ramadan during the meeting). And all issues linked to payment supposed to be done in advance (meeting room, 17 bedrooms) were dealt with in full confidence when on site! Thank you for that Ms Manager! This is a very racist resort. Koreans never go here. I get frustrated trying to figure out the value for money. As soon as the porter who came to pick up our luggage on the last day saw us, he said Nihao Ching-chong hahaha What did you say now, so you never said anything like that? In addition, the staff continues to engage in subtle and subtle racist behavior. Koreans who see this review, never go here. It's one of the worst accommodations I've ever been to. They have Terrible Staff. Porter who carried our luggage said to us “Nihao chinchon” when we first meet. We're shocked at that time. He denied what he said first, after we made a noise in reception, finally he admit his fault and apologize to us. For the first stop of the honeymoon trip in Mauritius, I chose a relatively quiet and close to the south shore. When choosing a hotel, I always think that the expensive hotel is the best when I choose the hotel. When I moved to the east bank during the second half of the trip, It was only after the hotel knew that there would be no harm without comparison! If a friend comes to the hairball, I will definitely recommend living on the South Bank. Speaking of service, Tamartha has two Chinese housekeepers, Esther in Qinghai and Zenobia in Hong Kong. After arriving at the hotel, E was very enthusiastic about bringing us familiar with the environment and introducing facilities. sharp contrast. Besides the hotel facilities, the decoration style of Tamartha is not luxurious, but I found that as long as the room is comfortable, the exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Tamartha's beach is also a private beach, with a wealth of water items, snorkeling, paragliding, glass boat rowing boats, and the housekeeper will inform you in advance which items need an appointment. The beaches on the south shore are much cleaner than the east shores, and the sea surface is much calmer. The scenery is dominated by the setting sun. Lying on the beach in the calm afternoon and watching the evening is really pleasant. The main restaurant is a buffet. The theme is different every day. The Indian theme is my favorite. The local cuisine of wool ball is not delicious. The honeymoon meal was upgraded to an open-air French meal by the sea. This may be the biggest slot in the experience. The dishes did not like it and it caused me a fever. The hairball traffic is really expensive. When you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the driver has a fixed price. It thinks that it feels pitted, an hour's drive, 2200 rupees. If you don't plan to make a hotel, people who go out every day will still rent a car online. It's only 500 yuan a day. If you plan your trip, you must book a day trip from the Internet in advance. There may be no places when you set the ball. In order to save time, live in the south shore of the dolphins seven-colored earthen bird park. For the ball, driving time is the biggest benefit.

The hotel location is great, very close to the city center, go out by ferry to the opposite bank, 5 minutes is the center. When we checked in, it happened to be the Spring Festival and the local holiday was almost closed. We found a Chinese food on the public commentary called Gadoli Gourmet Restaurant. In the past, there were very few people. The boss was very enthusiastic. After the meal, the boss must drive us back to the hotel. Breakfast is very small and western style. There are very few things in the room, quite like a hotel chain. No Chinese service. The room is not big, a bottle of water a day.

The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

This place is brilliant! The hotel is a delight with delicious food, awesome staff and an excellent position. The grounds are the best I’ve ever seen. We had a room with a sea view but we would have been equally happy with a garden view. The hotel is much closer to the beach than indicated by on line maps. We loved the size of the hotel. Quite small but big enough for us. The spa is a little oasis and well worth a visit. We had no problems finding poolside tables or sun beds by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant isn’t crowded. Locals visit at the weekend. They were lovely people who helped us to understand the country and it was a privilege to chat to them. There was high quality live entertainment every other night. Very few children there but all of them were polite and well supervised. It’s easy and cheap to take a bus to Grand Bai for a bit more life and shopping. Trips are plentiful. Snorkelling from the beach which has coral within a few meters of shore is fantastic. Bathrooms are a bit out of date but considering all the positives, this wasn’t a problem for us. The animation team are excellent but could use a bit more English. The hotel is trying to organise a bar on the beach but the hotel bar is barely a minute away. Great value for money. Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in November and had a lovely time. The rooms in the hotel are really nice and there's lots of space as the their basic room is actually a junior suite! The hotel itself is quite small and only has one restaurant however it is the perfect hotel if you're looking for a nice relaxed holiday. The swimming pool and beach are quite small but again as it's a small boutique hotel, the size works quite well. The main restaurant overlooks the sea and they have live entertainment every other night. If the hotel is quiet, they offer a la carte for dinner otherwise it is a mixed buffet. As I am gluten free and vegetarian, the chefs made sure there was always something for me to eat and they used to bake me fresh bread daily which was definitely a nice touch. One thing missing in the restaurant is draught beer! They only have bottled beer at the moment but I'm sure they will have draught beer soon. The hotel staff are all extremely helpful especially Zeeshan who really looked after us throughout our stay. There are a few reasons for the 4* instead of 5* which we believe are just teething problems as they are still a relatively new hotel. With experience I'm sure the hotel will continuously improve as all the staff are willing to put in 100% effort and really do listen to feedback.
