Tropical Attitude,

Great service from the staff. They made our anniversary extra special for us. We were just a bit disappointed with the food, we mostly ate out at other restaurants when we stayed here. I'd highly recommend a stay in the villa. Unfortunately, the beach side is only good to look at and not good to get into.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming here at Tropical Attitude Hotel. Nothing is too much brother, Kristof looked after myself and my partner from day one. Vikash one of the chefs is a character and so friendly, food is amazing and they always cater for the individual. I visited the spa on our last day for a pedicure and the spa is gorgeous, with a very relaxing atmosphere and amazing smells, so friendly . This hotel is small and friendly and very relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here. We will miss all the staff Samantha & Mark from Newcastle.

Have just returned from Tropical which was a special trip to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, which the hotel helped us celebrate in style with a special menu and decorated table. The first and most important thing I would like to say is a huge thank you to Karen and Chantika who were extremely patient and understanding when my husband asked the same questions on many occasions due to his dementia. Their general caring attitude is to be highly recognised and appreciated. We did have a few issues having decided to upgrade to All Inclusive, in the bar and restaurant, even 6/7 days in we were still being asked to sign for paid food and drinks. Our room was as expected but with a few housekeeping issues to bring to the attention of the management. The first thing I noticed was the dirty/sticky marks on our door. This could easily have been cleaned off but had been left, not a good first impression. We then discovered (as mentioned in other reviews) the wall in our bathroom was covered in black mould, not a nice thing to see. Finally a bit more attention to cleaning detail would help, the shelf where the tv stood was covered in black dust and not always cleaned. All other areas are kept spotlessly clean, especially the pool/bar and restaurant. There were usually sun beds to be had but when the boat to Il aux Cerf didn’t run due to the weather there was a shortage. Lovely to not have to worry about beach towels, which you can even take on outside trips and can be changed twice a day. Sadly the weather wasn’t that kind on a few days so we went exploring. We took a taxi to Port Louis, we started at the market, then went onto the mall, then off to the botanical gardens. The taxi waits for you at each destination snd you don’t pay until you get back to the hotel. We were out for 5 hours at a cost of RM3,500 about £62.00. Two highly recommended trips would be the leisurely Catamaran Cruise s and the more adventurous 5 Island Speedboat Tour. Restaurant wise try Koh Nom, the food was amazing. Outside of Tropical definitely visit Green Island, great, reasonably priced food and lovely friendly staff. Overall we had a great holiday. Thank you most sincerely to all the staff at Tropical who go above and beyond to make your holiday special, truly lovely people.

Arrived at hotel about 9am and given cool drink as we checked in and our room was ready for us straight away We had booked a double deluxe ground floor with sea view and was just what we were expecting and views are amazing Buffet breakfast is very good plenty of choice Scan the QR code for lunch a la carte menu, which is included in the all inclusive option Evening meal is buffet with plenty of choices Kot Nou is well worth booking and again included in the all inclusive option If you want a relaxing holiday then this is the place for you The staff could not be any more helpful and try their best to make sure you have everything you need The free boat island trip is a must but you do need to book up in advance and request picnic basket the night before you go Found the tour company trips were double the price to what you could pay locally Do your homework before you come out and find sites locally to book your trips on when you are here We booked taxis for a day and they take you where you want to go and stay with you for the day and boat trips. Five island on a speed boat was great day out This hotel was just as described and have had a brilliant two week break and would definitely recommend it We managed to keep our room on the last day, for a small charge, as we were not being picked up until 5:45pm and that made a far more relaxing last day but you can only request on the morning you need it

Very good quite layed back resort. The staff are amazing very kind and helpful. We upgraded to one of the villas which is well worth the extra. We are hear in winter and rain is an issue but still a beautiful place to be. The other great part of this place is it is so small and very friendly that you will know and become friends with a lot of the other guests.

We are here for three days and it’s really amazing the food are really yummy and chef Vikash take care of vegetarian food all the family members are very nice especially sunil was really friendly and helpful the hotel are very beautiful the room are cert clean will come back again
