El hotel es sencillo y de ambiente familiar. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica dónde uno puede desplaz**** con facilidad a distintos puntos turísticos y de entretenimiento. Me es grato mencionar que las personas que laboran en el hotel son de trato cálido, amable y se siente uno en un ambiente hospitalario; creo que es la mejor característica del lugar. Lo único que veo negativo es la mención en reglamento del hotel donde prohíben introducir alimentos y bebidas en las aéreas de esparcimiento; lo que resulta decepcionante. Fuera de ello es una buena opción para pasar tiempo en familia y conocer esta maravillosa Ciudad.

I love this property and have been going to it for 30 years but it needs a bit of a refresh at least for the bathrooms as they don’t quite work leaking faucets, toilet not flushing quite right and shower slow to drain. Otherwise my stay was great.

No hand rails in shower. No TV guide, had to surf channels. Only 2 hard wooden chairs in room (very
uncomfortable for TV watchers). No dresser for clothing,
only 2 drawers in desk. Hot tub was restricted to condo
owners only.....what kind of resort does that??? Music
in dining room was usually at about 150dbl during breakfast time, so refused to eat there. Also, shower
stalls should have bath mats, as the floors get slippery.
A repeat visit is questionable. Management should take
better care, as lots of seniors stay there.

Nice hotel with a great location right on the beach. Friendly staff. The building is outdated but if you’re ok with simple clean rooms then this will work.

The front desk service is excellent. They changed us from the 7th floor to the 2st floor to accomodate my elderly parents

Dont stay in this old hotel, unless you want to get stock in elevators, scary, old , slow and extreme hot elevator with weird noises, the hotel have Jacuzzi but you cant it unless you are vip customer , the most ridiculous thing i hear from a 3 star hotel!! Food and drinks are extreme expensive , on top they wont supply water or coffee unless you pay for, only free the first night
They need to work asap on new elevators, we stay on the 10th floor and prefer to take the stairs!

This is the second time i stay here and i have enjoyed the stay and the service. They also have remodeled alot of the pool area and its beautiful 😍. I can not complain.

Others were giving priority upon check in, they advised me to return at certain time and still had my family wait. Staff was rude, I enjoyed staying at Costa de Oro and that’s why I continued to return but after this experience I will be exploring other hotels. Facility was dirty, people were very rude lack of good customer service skills to guest. The family suite was horrible not funcional clogged old appliances
