The hotel was clean and comfortable.. customer service also good.. will be back and stay here again.. recommended to stay

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Overall is it consider good, Just some room facility are no well working .. airconditional adjust to 33C but i still feeling cool at night , hot water supply during bathing are not constant

Hotel is clean and tidy no smells at all and location is good just 10mins walk to centre point. Overall is good.

Simply amazing and excellent value. The hotel we used previously has gone downhill and the service was very poor the last time I stayed there. We also note that what is probably the best hotel is exceptionally expensive. So as a compromise I chose this hotel. Gobsmacked by the size of the room. Bedroom, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and lounge. Massive apartment, obviously a family could use this for long term stays. Very impressed with the room, the working space and the air conditioning.
Only downside - breakfast. Lots of unruly children and staff that don't understand English, and don't seat you at a table but rather leave you to find your own.
All in all an excellent stay. Staff on the whole very helpful, albeit with limited English.
