The worst intercontinental hotel I ever been!!!!! In the restaurant give me one glass dirty full of salt like they doesn’t clean after other person drinks a michelada!!!!!! I let them know and don’t even apologize....... very old rooms and small in this price is better take in Marriott hotel better location

Staff was great. Very good facilities. Very comfortable king bed and room.
Great 24 hour room service.
I would only say their cuts of meat are a B to B , guess they could do better there.

The swimming pool area is wonderful!!
The garden well maintained!!
The breakfast buffet very conservative.

I love the vibe and decor of this hotel. The pool is amazing and I loved the gym as well. The staff is terrific. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Average hotel , old property needs renovations, breakfast quality is below average most of the time food containers were empty , definitely not 5 stars , burger in restaurant Friday night was cooked from frozen so was rare and bloody which is not safe for ground beef , below standards of intercontinental name

The only thing we didn’t like is that we had a reservation for two people, but the room was set up for one person. It was only one road, one glass in the bathroom, and one pair of sandals.
