Roaches, humidity, Overrated prices, incompetent administration, noisy place, dirty and small rooms. Very expensive for what it is. Attached photos of how I found my room.

When we check in we get a card for the elevator, but the card only lets you go to the floor where your room is. We got a card that was not even the floor our room was on because they apparently did not have any left but the next day they would have. Already ridiculous. We get to the room and it is so so hot in there. We open the window and let the air come in for a few hours but still too hot. We go down to ask if they have a fan, but they apparently have none left. We could barely sleep as we were sweating and we had to have the window wide open which was even worse since the road outside was sooo noisy all night. The next day I ask for the new card so we can actually get to our floor but they still did not have it. Later we also asked for a fan but all we got was a tiny fan which did not make a difference. The bed on top of everything made so much noise every small movement you made

Nothing much as it is middle of no where. Very noisy top of a hill. And is just a room with out a chair and no space.

Staff was amazing as well as the co living. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared for the stayers well being. Ginebra was amazing I would definitely recommend others to stay at this co op. Breakfast was delicious as well I didn't get to experience the rooftop but they also have events where you can watch movies and have a rooftop view of the city.

An uncomfortable noisy place to stay. If you build a hotel on a junction with 5 busy roads and don't mitigate against that you get a noisy hotel. We booked a superior apar**ent and it was not possible to fit two people standing in the double bedroom space. We had to get dressed in the corridor. And you couldn't fit your bags in there. The living space had nothing comfortable to sit on. Plastic picnic table and chairs. Breakfast included but you have to pay if you want milk in your coffee. Come on people. The communal spaces upstairs included 2 soft loungers. Downstairs 1 sofa. There was nothing that made us think it'd be nice to chill out in either space. Meant to be minimalist and modern inverso felt uncomfortable and oppressive. If you want a crash pad without any comfort it's perfect.

The place was too noisy between the cars and trucks and the music that payed until 4 a.m. There's no AC....too dam hot Tried to make us pay towel that we used

This is in one of the most unsafe neighborhoods in Medellin, go by the stadium or to Poblano or the suburbs. This place is not only unsafe but you can’t walk around outside at night. As for the rooms they are ok but WiFi is spotty

It was an amazing experience! I loved that the location was so close to many interesting places, the facilities are very nice and I enjoyed a lot the activities they have as yoga and cooking workshops. Coming back soon.

Wow. Unfortunately my exit trea**ent was absolutely deplorable. Up until the , my service from Juan and the other gentleman working the night shift ( I forget his name 😳😳) was amazing. It is a lovely facility with good amenities - the rooms have no ventilation and are very uncomfortably warm. The location is out of the way and not much around , and importantly For me. It is NOT a gym- it’s a small yoga studio basically . However my lasting impression will be of the reception worker in the morning as I was awaiting my Uber. She went up to check My room before I left- which I’ve actually never had happen. She came down to the lobby waiving one of my towels around that I had used to put pressure on a small cut to my Foot. Like literally about an inch by an inch in diameter. Anyways I said I have to go my Uber is here. I was in complete disbelief. We have been in an ongoing debate via messaging since. They’re going to charge me since the stain is “prominent and won’t come out in one wash!” I have never had such ridiculously pathetic customer service in 30 years of travel.
