Great value for the cost of staying here. Decent breakfast in the morning, good pool with water slide, and the bedrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Staff were great, however alarm clock went off in room at 6am. Not a planned awakening. Then went for breakfast at 8am, which was very over cooked. Taste was terrible. Sad as I have had great breakfast in the past. This food was not edible.

The property is clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is great and very close to restaurants and shopping. We can hear the steps from the room above us which is the only issue we can say.

Pool is currently closed but everyone’s really nice and the rooms are nice and updated. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Fell asleep before hitting the pillow lol.

The only reason I didn’t give this a perfect score is because the pool and hot tub are out of commission but they did not inform us of this when we booked it. False advertising, the pool is the main reason we booked it and the kids were pretty disappointed. $176 a night and no pool is a bit steep. Otherwise everything was great including the breakfast.

Recieved 17 text messages prior to stay regarding pool being out of order. Then the day before the stay a staff member contacted me saying the room type booked was unavailable because of jet tub issues. I was assured "the only difference would be no jet tub" there would still be a fireplace, and that there would be a discount applied. I had no option but to accept the offer because all other hotels were already booked. When I got to hotel the room promised was not given, and discount was applied to first night. Second night was charged full price for deluxe room. Hotel was dirty everywhere. ********** in sink and tub. Breakfast was inedible hard hockey puck like eggs. Bacon so thin it was like eating burnt kleenex. Horrible place to take wife for a special getaway. Don't waste your money.

The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good with coffee and snack always available. Unfortunately, the pool was being worked on but accomodations were made. A good experience!
