Location is fabulous. Breakfast had pretty good options.
However, you cannot compare this to a North American chain in terms of service. The front desk staff is very polite and can communicate really well.(all of the folks on the front desk)

I am sorry to say i got cheated on hotel reviews and book this hotel i hope Ctrip team will care this matter and get true coments .very very disappointed on hotel and trip team how they advertise this hotel.

It’s like someone built a beautiful hotel but forget to operate it.
Rooms are really nice and spacious. The hotel is right in front of Haram.
But we didn’t see room service but at the third day. We kept calling the operator but no one answers.
For its price it’s a great hotel if you don’t mind the above.

We were staying for 6 days. There were bedbugs on the mattress. We felt itchy around the ankles on the nextday.

先知寺景觀套房，有兩個房卡，裏面設施較陳舊，但是可以見到先知墓，下樓過馬路就是聖寺，優點是位置好，早餐種類少點。

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable beds. Mohammed Nishu and Omar Farouk were extremely helpful in house keeping. They should get a raise! Food choices are great and prices are very reasonable. This hotel is near the Rawdah side.

The rooms was ok and the service was good, breakfast need to have more items, I have omelet and three day in row the chief didn’t make it right on the fourth day chief finally got the order right.
