We had a fantastic stay here. Snorkeling was great, deluxe beach villa was great but the prestige water villa was just out of this world. A real must if you can, we booked at the island as had a special offer on £375 a night for 2 people. Thanks to Addhu at the water villas he was fab. All restaurants were amazing on the island. Thank you to the staff at the sunset bar it was our favourite place to be on the evenings. Thanks to Ramesh, Kumara, Chathuru and Aaliff you made the drinks perfect. Thank you to Ali hameed for the lovely bed decorations. And a big thanks to Janitha Sadaruwan for the help with booking thavaa and just being the happy person that you are! See you all again soon.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at Adaraan Select Meedhupparu. We got the seaplane transfer to the island- I was a little nervous but it was so seamless and easy. On arrival we were greeted on the dock and taken by golf cart to the reception for a welcome drink and intro to the island. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was perfect for us- access right out into the ocean in a few steps, the mini fridge was refilled daily and the room had both an indoor and outdoor shower. The room was cleaned daily and even a turn down service at bed time which was such a nice touch. The bars and restaurants were lovely- especially the Indian restaurant which we ended up dining in for many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A special mention to Apoorva, Shihaam, Chef singh, Chef pawan and Yoosuf in Sufura who made our visit extra special with attentive service and exceptional hospitality. We dined in Thava the al a carte restaurant for a lunch and dinner also which I highly recommend- the fillet steak and chocolate brownie were Devine!! A must if you visit but be sure to book early as it fills up fast. The sea and water here is just incredible and can be accessed on all sides of the island and the cocktails were always good! We loved our time and hope to return in the future. The only negative experience was on our departure when we arrived at Male international airport we were greeted off the bus from the seaplane by a representative who gathered the Adaraan resort guests and told us to wait while he got our luggage. He then asked us our plan for waiting in the airport and advised us to use an airport lounge due to lack of aircon in the airport- he directed us to a colleague who took us to an official looking desk to get tickets to the lounge. We assumed as the rep was working with Adaraan guests this was legit- however the desk we were taken to ‘follow me to the Maldives’ overcharged us for the lounge which should have been $35 dollars we discovered online and instead we were charged $91 with taxes and charges. We thought this was expensive for a 4 hour wait but assumed as these worked with the resort we could trust them- big mistake!! The resort needs to stop them scamming their guests. Last note you want to end a holiday on.

We came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been anywhere better. The island is beautiful, the staff are all friendly and never stop. Yanish in the pool bar, the restaurant staff and the guys in the sunset bar were particularly amazing.

The raincoat in the water villa is really nice, I want to take it to the rooms, but unfortunately, they didn't sell it in the shop. The room is nice and classic. The corals are nice, we saw many different kinds of fish. We will definitely come back next year. This time we didn't try fishing, but next I'll bring my dad to do it.

Excellent organisation, extremely beautiful nature, well kept hotel, super friendly staff. Food preparation hygiene is at high kevel. We colud enjoy fruit, fresh vegerables, ice cream etc. without worry. As a reward we also had very nice weather. A positive experience from all points of view

The island is amazingly beautiful - blue clear sea and lovely white sand and snorkelling around the reef is amazing. This is a place to go to rest and relaxation. Also An incredible family island, the kids club is amazing too!! All the staff are amazing and will always greet you. The food in all the 3 restaurants are amazing A special thanks to Laxman Singh and his team (Apoorva, Uiaa, Shihaam, Abdullah, Yousuf, Pawan and Anant) at the Sufura Indian restaurant. Not only was the food and hospitality great but they went over and above cooking special meals for us every day. Truly great service!! We stayed at the Deluxe Beach Villa and it was just perfect to be a stone's throw away from the Crystal clear water and white beach. Comfortable seaside accommodation. Also Special mention to Alli, Our housekeeper. Highly talented with evening artworks on our bed. All superb and very friendly staff. Thankyou one and all. Such a chilled break. Highly recommended!!

We choose this place for our honneymoon. Best choose ever. Many food to choose, clear water, beautiful beaches. Amazing people (best regards for all Sunset bar service, specialy for Rumesh, Kumara and Yanish from Swimming Pool bar). Guys you are amazing. We fall in love in this place and definitely will come back. In my opinion that looks like paradise.

A big shoutout to Rumesh@sunset bar He is so friendly and helpful. He makes the best cocktails and is so creative. It was so nice talking to him. The view is so calming and absolutely amazing. Highly recommend asking for Rumesh when drinking something at the sunset bar. We will see you again soon.
