Very nice hotel, rooms are a decent size - big bathrooms and big balcony. Comfortable, good amenities (toiletries and coffee machine etc). Restaurant good and Bar upstairs very good - staff really friendly. Outdoor heated pool (could be a bit warmer). Small sauna, which did get crowded on the weekend. We didn’t use the spa. Staff helpful with suggestions for restaurants and bars in town. Ski shop downstairs, but not part of the hotel. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. 10min walk from centre (longer in ski boots). Jaillet lift is closer. Shuttle drops/pickups in Centre. Very very convenient - never had to wait longer than 5 mins and runs until 11pm. Although this was in late season.

We enjoyed the family room with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very nice and the staff are kind and helpful. Food is delicious! Heated pool and apres ski really fun. Shuttle to the lift and town is easy but town is a short walk. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back next year!

Very nice and convenient stay, and very helpfull the bus service that transport you to the villlage, the only thing i didnt like so much was the breakfast Also the a la carte restaurant was the best of all restaurants we went at mezeve

Impolite personnel, never wanted to help, even put us carry our food to the room. Very rude to children, no smile, only a constant no to everything we asked, would never recommend to anybody. Poor at everything

Excellent location, near Jaillet chair lift but 10 min walk into main town where the main chair lift is. There is a regular shuttle to/from hotel. The hotel is lovely and staff very friendly and keen to help. Restaurant and bar very nice. Pool is a bit cold and feel like a hot tub or two would be a great addition. The 2 bed apartment was very nice but would only recommend for 4 people and not 6. Otherwise all good and we were happy. There is underground parking.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the attention to detail and the service was perfect. Nothing was too much. Every member of staff was warm and friendly. We stayed in the privilege suite and it was beautiful. The cleanliness was 10 out of 10. We have already booked to come back. I cannot say enough good things. A stunning hotel in a stunning location.

We only stayed for couple of nights but everything was in order except for a slow shower drain. We had to stop shower to wait for water to drain. Otherwise, its a cute place that offers many amenities on site.

A truly wonderful find! This hotel had everything from a glorious pool to a cooker and dishwasher. It was only a short walk to the centre of the village of Megeve. I was sad not to have the chance to spend more than one night. I'd love to see it in the winter snow!
