Reception was great. Check in smooth. Room clean, updated and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

Hard to control Air Conditioning , just saw one bug which is good. One of the the beds was too soft but over all fairly nice for the price of the room.

Nice staff, easy check in. Rooms clean, air conditioner wall unit adequate. Only complaint is old mattress was uncomfortable.

Hotel was simply amazing. They have great breakfast. The price was reasonable. The staff is very friendly their pet friendly clean and it’s in a great location.

Very friendly front desk, efficient check in.
Breakfast was not great.
Room clean and comfortable, updated decor.
Asked for a receipt afterwards by email and got it within hours.
Overall a very good stay. Work on breakfast.

Stayed one night before driving to Fort Lauderdale for a cruise. Nice hotel, beds were comfortable, place was clean. Easy check in, friendly front counter staff and a decent breakfast before hitting the road.
Price was very reasonable compared to staying farther south.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Accidently left Apple Airpods in hotel room day of check-out. Once I noticed, used Apple "Find My" app to see where I last had them. Confirmed it was the hotel room at 6:27 am, the minute I last left the room. Called hotel expecting they were being held by housekeeping dept. lost and found. Said they didn't have it. Explained the Find My app confirming it was left in room (and surely found by cleaners). Said they'd have Hotel Manager research the matter and contact me. Haven't heard a word. Apparently at Comfort Inn Melbourne - Viera a "Finder's Keepers, Losers Weepers" policy is in play.

We stayed just one night and as usual, everything was set for us on arrival and check in by a friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom was not very clean. They do not service room. We were there three days. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Price was good. Location convenient to our trip.
