Incredible experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The things that need improvement is the carpets on the hallway and in the rooms have stains. Additionally, the quality of toilet paper they use is very low.

Hotel called us in the last minute for the cancellation due to water issue. But we still don't receive the refund yet

They have dove dispensers for hand soap that were empty as well as the body wash. There was only 1 garbage can and it was in the seating area. So no garbage can in the bathroom or bed room area. Cleanses of the room was ok. The rooms are dated. There are no comforters on the bed, just sheets and a light quilted sheet.

Do not stay here. Worst check in ever. Nobody at the front desk. Nobody answering the phones. Stay away.

I really like this hotel, this was the third time that Im here, in coming from Mexico and this is a great hotel, big parking and near of restaurants and shopping

This is a lovely, clean hotel. It was raining but there were great spots right by the door - what a relief! The staff was wonderful on our check in. LaVetra Shaw is the Front Office Manager. She was so kind and thoughtful for my mother and I checking in and made us both feel welcome. It is rare to see an employee care so much. It was a long trip on my mother and Ms. Shaw made her feel so welcome.

The room was great due to the size. It’s hard to find a room that fits my entire family of 6. The room was clean, but not the cleanest I’ve been too. The shower/bathroom needs to be updated. The shower was not the cleanest. There was no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out couch. We went to get some and they gave us 5 sheets and nothing else. They was supposed to bring us up the blankets and never did. We also only had two towels in there and had to go get more.
We would probably stay again because we felt safe there and it wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed.

The accommodations were very comfortable. The room was spacious and the cost was good. Great location for my purpose. Would stay again.
