The staff was excellent however there were alot of maintenance areas we were put in a room with a broken door the staff moved us but they were outlets with no power and the television connection was terrible so we could not watch tv at all.

I love the Guest Service Specialist. Cameron was a light on a dark day. I missed my flight and had to stay a night. He was so uplifting and upbeat. He deserves a promotion! I'll be back for my birthday because of him!! Also the room was very homey and very nicely cleaned! Shout out to the housekeeper. "Miss S".

Nicely remodeled hotel in downtown Memphis, just blocks from Beale street. The decor is cool retro and the beds are very comfortable. They have good security and key-card elevators and parking. Very friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the website didn’t disclose that the on-site restaurant was permanently closed.

The best part of our stay was the guy at the front desk. Carlton was amazing! The rest of the stay was just so,so. Part of it was *******s fault part was the hotel. I paid for a room with 1 king size bed. When i got there, we were given a room that had 2 queens instead, and i was informed the room i booked wasnt available, even though i had booked it almost a month out. ******* didnt make me aware of this, therefore when i paid, i paid for a more expensive room that turned out wasnt available and was placed in a room that the hotel told me shouldve cost less. But since it was vooked through ******* there was nothing that could be done. Then when we went to take a shower, the water barely got warm. The water was far from hot. The room definitely was not worth the cost. We will never stay there again for that price. Ive stayed in much nicer places with much bigger rooms for far less than what we paid. But, fortunately, like i said, Carlton was very pleasant and should definitely be one of the faces of the company.

Even though it’s only 5 blocks,I didn’t feel safe walking alone to and from Beale Street.

The shower wasn’t well put together sliding doors on shower wouldn’t stay put which led to water from the shower getting wet..also no privacy with bathroom door because of the sliding and the bathroom wasn’t closed in because of the sliding door as well…the cable kept goin in and out couldn’t watch tv properly…the cost of room was too much being that this hotel was in renovation a lot of things weren’t accessible because of it!

Nice hotel. There was no shampoo in the room. Housekeeping can at least make sure the necessities are in the room.
