Had a wonderful stay. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a great view of the river, breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

From check in to check out the staff here are simply amazing. So friendly and welcoming with genuine people. The hotel is located just right from all the attractions. There is a beautiful trolley that runs all day long from a few streets away that will take you to Beale Street, Central BBQ and the Lorraine Motel and Civil Rights Center where MLK Jr was killed. Walking distance to most amazing restaurants and taverns.
The room was excellent with a westerly view of the Mississippi River and the 3 bridges that cross. It’s very quiet and safe with a security guard on premises at all times.
Bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff was excellent with new towels and accessories for your comfort.
It seemed that every where you went and the local people you met were so incredibly friendly and helpful.
Graceland wasn’t too far with a short Uber ride away. A must see as well as the Lorraine Motel/Civil Rights Museum.

All the staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! I loved that they had coffee/tea always available and even cookies. My room was cleaned very well. The only negative was the continual construction, the drilling was alot. It did stop at night.

Friendly staff, safe area, not a far walk from Beale Street and the trolley is right there to drop you off and easy to take!

The hotel staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and engaged with their task. The hotel is old, but it appears they are trying to update it. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, though the hotel is now non-smoking, and in hindsight, I should have asked to change rooms. The breakfast was good quality, and plenty of options

Probably won’t stay here again. Staff seemed irritated and unavailable. Breakfast was good, but didn’t have bacon, (as advertised). Asked the cook if she would put some bacon out, and the housekeeper said no, we’re going to close soon. It was 8:57 AM, and they closed at 10. I said that’s over an hour. The cook then said she would have to prepare and it would be a while. She never returned. Went to the desk to check out, no one there for at least 15 minutes. No breakfast and long wait to check out with workers with attitude equals No return for me !!!! Never again !

This is a nice hotel to stay in when you need a get away, but all though I had next door neighbors causing noise but the hotel it self was awesome. Will be back soon🙂
