The property and service at the hotel is great. The breakfast however is awful. There are good breakfast places around.
The dinner and lunch is good.

They tried to charge us double the ******* rate on checkout. It was if they had never seen our ******* reservation.

Staff was very stiff and it didn’t matter that I was ******* platinum, I had to show them I was entitled to an uograde and even though a big hotel that didn’t seem bust nothing was offered until our last night so why move then. No complimentary water, coffee anything, really? BTW - I contacted ******* for help and you were zero help with your chat bot and supposedly live chat. Travel is not what it used or bel. I could sacrifice amenity, but really appreciate respect of being good well travelled customer. Oh well.

The hotel has a lovely lobby and we enjoyed the in-hotel restaurant. The concierge was not as helpful and was unable to assist or provide recommendations during our visit.

Great location, convienient to many restaurants and main city parks. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness of the room was great.
