A perfectly located low-key high quality hotel with a dedication to detail and service. Pool is excellent, secluded from the busyness of Merano, with stunning views and the sounds of the nearby river. Service is friendly and authentic with special care offered by the family run business. A special shout out to Daniel for his kind enthusiasm. Simply the best.

There is an understated elegance in this family-owned property rare to find elsewhere these days, and this is precisely why I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday: everything is spotlessly clean and in good order. The added benefits are the location (just overlooking river Passiria, at walking distance from everything in Merano) and the small private park, with perfectly manicured lawns and a decently sized pool. Service is courteous and attentive, with special mention to Daniele, always available and willing to be helpful. The hotel is not cheap in absolute terms, but is correctly priced if you take into account that Merano is a classy and sought-after destination. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Beautiful hotel in prime location. All the employees were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and well appointed. Garden / pool area is beautiful! Great location to walk around Merano. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff - even if we were not able to go to dinner they were able to offer us a dinner in the breakfast room. Tommy’s are very clean. Breakfast was great with coffee/tea served on the table. Pool very well maintained - location nearby Meran Center.

A very well running and nice family run hotel. Great location and quite despite near by the big street. Rooms are nicely renovated and clean. Despite of Covid, breakfast buffet are great and service are personable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We will be back!

Unser Kurzaufenthalt mit 5 Nächten im Hotel Windsor hat uns restlos begeistert. Die Familie Widmann und das Personal sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück deckt die Grundbedürfnisse zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ab. Fehlt etwas wird es gleich wieder gebracht. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und technisch hervorragend ausgestattet. Generell ist das Hotel in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Kulinarisch haben wir uns immer auf die Empfehlungen des Hauses verlassen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man erreicht das Zentrum oder die Therme in wenigen Gehminuten der Passer entlang. Die Gästekarte erlaubt es das Auto zu Hause zu lassen, da auch Bus und Zug nicht weit entfernt sind. Alles in Allem eine absolute Empfehlung für den Aufenthalt in Meran. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Liebe Grüße, Luzia, Christian, Sophia und Jakob Egger

Ein kleines familiäres Hotel mit tollem Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Garage ist für normale PKW perfekt. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der nah gelegene Fluss ist bei offenem Fenster und hohem Pegel gut zu hören. American Express wird bei der Bezahlung im Hotel nicht akzeptiert.
