The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was kind when checking in. However, I would not stay here again. Hotels are often loud as you can hear the room next to you opening/closing their door and on occasion the footsteps from above you. However this hotel must be made of paper, every door in my entire hallway could be heard opening/slamming shut throughout the entire night and well into the early morning hours. People literally running up and down the halls, stomping, every voice could be heard. Everything on the floor above me could be heard. It was a miserable nights “sleep”. Even if you aren’t a light sleeper, there is no way you get any rest while staying here.

You had to request to have items in your room that would normally be supplied - coffee pot, cups, creamer etc. Also did not have a hair dryer in the room. Due to this, I think they short staff the front desk as they are regularly helping guests. It's a newer Hotel, so hoping they are still working on their setup.

My stay here was ok, definitely not one I'd be excited to return to. Bed is on a very dinky bed frame, made me nervous if it would break. Breakfast was a joke, yogurt, muffins and breakfast bar was it. The location was the only good thing.

This is our second stay. We love it! We are often in Boise to visit family and the Meridian hotel is so close to our family. Also love thst its near to a gas station and shopping. Zach was so friendly and helpful, had us checked so quick. We will continue to stay at this hotel.

The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. The people in the room above me kept me awake until 2am. They were jumping around and making all kinds of noise.

Extended stay hotel. Breakfast was almost non-existent. No milk or juice. Everything else was fine. Kitchenette would be great for a long stay.

We were wanting a 2 bed which we were charged for From Expedia.When we got to the hotel they advised us they over booked and didnt have 2 beds so they upgraded us to a 1 King. Which isnt what we wanted we needed 2 beds. Extend stay said they only charged us less then ******* and not sure why they are charging extra .When I called ******* back to refund the money they said they couldn't refund it back and now we are out of that money. Will never book thru ******* again.

It was a very bare-bones residence inn. There’s no doors on the cabinets or closet in the room, there is no equipment whatsoever in the room. You can request a coffee maker, toaster, etc. from the front desk. There’s no breakfast service. They offer granola bars and yogurt.
