I liked that I came back to a made bed, clean towels, garbage out without asking for it to be done. Since COVID, long over, it seems hotels are still cutting corners on basic daily upkeep for guests while they stay unless it is specifically requested. So that was very nice.

Over all the hotel room was great,staff was very pleasant. the shower water takes a bit to get to temperature, and the hot tub is old but does the trick, the restaurant next door was great food

Property seems well maintained and clean but we were a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. After a trying day of car problems and roads closed due to rock slides, we picked this hotel because of the hot tub.

Hi,
The shower curtain rod was securely fixed to the wall and the curatin slid open while showering. As a result, the floor became wet.
I stopped by the office upon checkout the next morning, but the office was closed.
I recommend repairing it.

Staff did not really have feeling for the establishment, office was not a nice scent, had open hole & bug in tub, in bathroom & no concern from staff was stuck in corner style room, so it was dark Probably will not stay there again

Very surprised at the excellent food at the restaurant and the wonderful staff who went out of their way to ensure I had safe food. I’m celiac. The food was delicious.
The hotel was inexpensive, clean and the staff were very friendly.

Convenient place to stop off on our way to Jasper. Clean and tidy with nice pool and hot tub.

The hotel is starting to show its age. The pool looked kind of dirty and the water pipes for the adjacent rooms made lots of noise. However, it is still a good budget option.

The property is older but has been taken care of. I feel it is good value for the cost. It is a nice budget motel, we would stay here again.
