Arizona Golf Resort & Conference Center

Just finished a 3 year residential stay here. Not impressed. Poorly managed, not maintained. Definite bug issue / infested with roaches, mice and (!!) bedbugs (!!). Maintenance issues are ignored. Water service here is intermittent, and management refuses to repair. As a golfer, I would never waste my time and money here. It's evident that the owners of this establishment have no interest in maintaining their inves**ent, and management has little interest in maintaining infrastructure and usability. Property manager Joanne has either no experience or simply no skills in managing a facility. Management refuses to be accountable for anything, so your experience here will be "luck of the draw", to be putting it generously. They don't even have an interest in operating legalities, for example, refusing to return Security Deposits, upon successful surrendering of their "apar**ent" with inspections performed, Joanne delays refunding these monies in order to pad her bottom line and get her end of year bonuses, instead of adhering to the Landlord Tenant Act or A.R.S. and refunding these within 14 days of residency termination. Bottom line: don't waste your time. They have neglected a once beautiful property, and continue to do so, taking advantage of their residents and being unappreciative of whatever patronage they can garner. Their business practices are questionable, at best.

This is the most disgustingly FALSE Advertisement for this place. On the East side of the Golf resort is nice, but the West side is absolutely DISGUSTING!! The pictures of a pool, sauna, beautiful grounds is all a LIE!! The WEST side of the golf grounds have roaches, rats, swarms of bees, *******, needles, pool & sauna have been empty for MONTHS with stale water sitting in it attracting mosquito's, garbage, nasty carpets, leaks & the grounds have not been....yet they rent them out for $1,750.00 a MONTH for a 1 bedroom !! Don't believe me go take a look. I have contacted the owners who are in Canada & management who have done absolutely NOTHING about it!! Now this is being reported to the Health Depar**ent & 3 on your Side as well as the city!! SLUM LORDS they are!!!!

Don’t waste your money!! This is the worst golf course I have ever seen!! Course is all dirt & standing dirty water from leaks. Trust me don’t waste your money here!! Hard to believe a course in Arizona could be this bad…..horrible management!! Need negative stars for rating.

Nasty place I complained about the AC unit smelling and maintenance came and just put bleach in it which I work in HVAC and that’s a big no-no unless if you’re going to clean it out with a rag afterwards you don’t let it sit in the AC unit because it will corrode the copper
