The 4th floor apar**ent was AWESOME! The unit itself was well stocked with plates, cooking utensils, soaps, lotions and linens. The apar**ent was super clean and well laid out. Entry was simple and the porter assisted me in getting to the unit. Mario was very friendly and tolerated my mangles Spanish. The unit is one block from Masaryk (Mexico's Rodeo Drive) and right off of a great walk boulevard on Ave. Horacio. 100's of restaurants and high end shops nearby. But the highlight was the views of the city, Spectacular! Certainly would return and enjoy this apar**ent again!

Excellent location! Easy to get to. Everything’s walking distance. If you need any groceries there’s a 7-eleven a few blocks away and a Soriana 6 blocks away. The apar**ent itself is just like the pictures. The security staff at the front desk were attentive and helpful. Very comfortable, big spaces, the only issue is the third floor apar**ents get very hot because of the sun and there’s no ac only a portable unit that doesn’t cool very much. So I would ask for a second floor unit if possible. We had to wash some cutlery because we found forks and glasses with food and there wasn’t any cloth or rag to dry them. There also were coffee pods and ground coffee but no coffee maker :(. But overall 5 stars, price, location and commodity related. Definitely would go back!

Amazing stay! Excellent location. Everything is walking distance. Safe and easy to get to. The apar**ent itself is really spacious. Third floor rooms get a little hot because of the sun, no AC but a portable fan. It has an elevator and amenities. The only thing I would add is a coffee maker (there was coffee and coffee pods but no coffee maker) and a cloth to dry up the dishes. Would definitely go back!

Don’t stay here, they hide a notice of construction noisy in the policy section. Which is a scam. You will wake up at 7am with all kind of construction noisy . They will also blame on you for not read all the information carefully.they don’t want to issue a refund.finally, I ends up move to a new place without refund from them.

Property is safe to be in, front staff was nice the whole time during my stay. I would book again if traveling to Mexico

Let's go over the goods, the bads and the deal breaking: THE GOODS: 1. Great location. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Good price. THE BADS: 1. My unit was dirty. I mentioned to the staff and they did nothing. They just said, "we will let our customer experience staff know," But no one cleaned. 2. When I arrived, I noticed I was given a unit different from the photos of the room I chose. I asked about it and they said, the rooms are different and there is nothing we can do. (Disappointing) 3. The apar**ent "Room" lacks privacy as you can see perfectly through the dividing cabinets, everything going on in the "room" if you are standing in the living room. So cero privacy if you have guests. 4. The shower door is very funky since you cannot open the water without getting completely in the shower., So you have to get all the cold water all over you, before it warms. Additionally, there is nowhere to put personal toiletries in the shower. No flat surfaces. You must put your personal items (such as razors) in the shower floor. THE DEAL BREAKERS: 1. NO WASHER AND DRYER. 2. The apar**ent lacks any type of noise isolation, making it extremely noisy. Hollow doors, thin windows and all hard materials turn these apar**ents into noise amplifiers. Buses and road noises are going on all the time. People coming in and out of the building using a loud doorbell.

There was a construction next to the property and the noise was really loud

Nice space , greatly located, safe. Here the property is outstanding. If you want to spend a few days solo or with partner in Cdmx this is a great option. Longer stays might prefer elsewhere. There is no air conditioning and this can lead to lack of proper ventilation which may bother some. Also, there is currently construction going on nearby, so this is a problem to be aware of that will probably last some months at least.

AVOID! CONSTRUCTION NOISE! I stayed at this property for a weekend research trip (Friday-Sunday, Sept 8-10). My goal was to research apar**ents for rent for a longer term stay (1-3 months) and was hoping this would be the solution. The apar**ent itself was nice and I really enjoyed the location. However, this management company REALLY needs to communicate in their post that there is CONSTRUCTION happening right next door. The NOISE starts at 7am EVERY MORNING. So, if you plan to sleep later than 7am, I recommend that you do not stay here. If you plan to Work Remotely, I recommend that you do not stay here because the noise is constant and will interfere with your conference calls. Electric saws, hammers, yelling…this goes on all through the day. I emailed the property twice about a compensation, and they have ignored BOTH OF MY EMAILS. THEY ARE GHOSTING ME. Good thing I did not rent this apar**ent for 1-3 months. Good thing I did my research. I would post videos from my apar**ent if the noise, but this app does not allow my to upload videos.
