Hotel El Ejecutivo by Reforma Avenue

Hotel con buena ubicación pero con las instalaciones un poco antiguas. Igual por la calidad-precio lo recomiendo.

Buen hotel

Staff was helpful and let us check in early for an extra charge! The room itself was not very clean. The pillows had stains on them upon check in and later on when we came back to our room there was a roach running across the floor. The mirror in the room area was dirty with hand smudges. We alerted the front desk and they said someone would come up the next morning to switch our room. By 10 am no one had come up and we had plans to attend to so could not wait any longer. So the issues were not fixed and no accommodation was made for us which was very disappointing.

Everything was great but the location. The view was not the best. Pricing and staff was great.

This property is near a lot of popular tourist hot spots in Mexico City but it is overrated due to the dirty rooms and the grimy and unsafe street its in. We selected two Deluxe Rooms in the ******* app for this hotel, it was offered for 5 dollars more than the Basic Room. We found out that there’s no upgrades at this hotel, and offering a Deluxe Room is a sham. Do not select it if you choose to stay here. My parents immediately requested new bedding because there was a what looked like shaved hairs on the the fitted sheet, top sheet, and all pillow cases. My room was very dusty but since we had plans to visit Chapultepec, I did not check my sheets until we got back. They had dark red/brown stains in the cover and small red/brown stains in the top sheet. The worst was my restroom, it had a smear of what smelled like human excrement on the wall behind the toilet and the floor in the shower was slimy. Avoid this hotel if cleanliness is important to you. The staff are very nice and apologetic, but there many better options of where to stay in Mexico City at this price point. There’s a camp of people living in tents and cardboard boxes a block away in both directions from this hotel. I cleaned my own room’s restroom, removed the stained sheets, and slept on my blanket but I could not overcome the fear that this hotel could have bugs or pests. I am not the type of person that enjoys writing reviews, but I feel I must warn others so they can avoid our experience here.

Awesome place - very local and easy to get around pretty much everywhere in the city - well located for Ubers and also safe to walk at day and night on reforma avenue- only thing to keep in mind there’s a big construction happening right en front of the hotel could be a little noisy sometimes - hotel staff very professional. We loved our room it has just what you need and very private. Don’t get spook if the food attendant comes knocking your door at 8am every day . . We def book again this place .

Listing said "laundry facilities" but there weren't any. Had to do hand wash in the room, as the nearest laundromats were very bad. No bathroom vent fan, and ceiling paint above the shower was beginning to fail. Footing in the shower was extremely slippery and potentially hazardous.

Ac was not working in first room neither was the deadbolt. Changed rooms and the ac was a bit better but it was very stuffy. No room upgrade available nor late checkout. Free drinknoption was beer or soda. Not really a vip property

The bed was extremely dirty had blood stains a ton of hairs, the shower was full of mold.
