I read the reviews for this hotel and here are the plus and minus. Location is safe and ideal. The room is spacious bedding comfortable. Minus hotel needs to be better maintained this is not limited to poor insulation huge gap on the sliding door ***** missing. Badly need a coat of paint. I placed a photo of a towel which is not what you would expect. AC remote was not exactly clean and did not work. Soap dispenser is empty we received a tiny hand soap instead. The basics of a good hotel is to ensure that everything is in a functioning order.

There was mold inside the bathroom around the corners, I found a little centipede in the curtain, the person in charge of cleaning only made the bed and changed the trash bins, didn’t sweep the floor.

The hotel is in great location, service is great the only is the bathroom need better cleaning to remove mold from shower and also clean the shower curtain

Excellent staff who made sure we were well looked after especially after we discovered a water leak into our first bathroom. Highly recommended for the price.

the hotel is o.k. clean and safe. breakfast is terrible
not much to choose from.
also, none of the staff in the hotel doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Spanish. big problem.
The staffs are friendly, especially Andrew.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The shower hard to regulate. Our only issue was the breakfast . It had so many deficiencies it is hard to be specific. Start with coffe often unmade or so strong as to be not drinkable. Toast no toaster bread was sweet . But all in am good valid for money great area.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and extremely adequate for business trips.
The staff was exceedingly friendly and the inclusion of a kitchenette was most useful.
