We absolutely loved this site. We stayed in the suite before a cruise, and it was just the perfect size. Loved the a**osphere.

Great service, way too much fragrance in the room, noticed a mold smell once the fragrance wore off, likely coming from the air ducts, confirmed by turning the air off - they probably just need a proper cleaning - overall would have been a great experience if not for the fragrance/mold smell, again - service by the staff was superb, probably the best that can be achieved.

It receives high reviews not for the state of the property, but rather for the fact that they give you a free beverage if you leave them a 5 star review. Overall the property deserves 3 stars, nothing special but adequate.

This hotel was awesome!! The staff were amazing and very helpful. Check in and out couldn’t have been simpler. The room was spotless and so cozy! Will definitely be back!!

Very friendly front door staff were there extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time hanging out at the cozy lobby playing games. Location was very close and convenient to Ocean Ave, yet far enough to be quiet. WiFi was very good.
The rooms had a strong smell of cleaning supplies. One thing I recommend the hotel to perhaps use more odorless supplies.

We truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend any family that’s wants excellent sleeping quarters and a very hospitable staff.

So disappointed with this stay as the pics looked good. Toilet did not flush, common area carpets were very dirty, sink drained very slowly, no glasses in room, electrical outlets were inconvenient, TV system took time to figure out, neighbours were incredibly loud in the morning, room was just okay clean wise.

The hotel is perfectly located on Miami Beach with easy access to south beach, plenty of restaurants.
The room was clean and quiet and the bunk beds very practical for a family!

Spacing & bed accommodations are perfect but room & hotel appeared unclean, out dated, lacked bathroom towels, & had a horrible smell.
