If you want a tropical feel for your stay on Miami Beach… this is it! Located directly on the beach with the old Miami Art Deco vibe; it’s close enough to all of the “ Action” still far enough Removed From all of the craziness and noise

Nigh**are.... broken elevators, birds flying on the tables on the patio, no electricity on Thursday no AC, food horrible

Overall nice property, smaller hotel that didnt feel crowded.
Very good , friendly , sincere staff.
Overly expensive with numerous fees, taxes and automatic gratuities.

Pros:
Great location, great beach, clean, nice staff
Cons:
Slow shower drain, running toilet, had to repeatedly ask for room service

Like I always say staying at the Palms feels like home. I hope the staff keeps being the nice and attentive people they always have been, from the valet staff to the pool boys. One time only long time ago there was a rude lady at the restaurant entrance but I guess she left. Never again. We are very happy here always.
