My husband and I stayed here on 9/13 while in Miami the night before our cruise. Charming hotel and staff. 2 minute walk to beautiful Miami beach. Great location and amenities. Beautiful rooftop with private seating, a pool, and a Jacuzzi all overlooking Miami Beach. Rooms and halls are CLEAN and attractive. The staff was great, friendly, and attentive. From our check-in with William to our check-out with another gentlemen, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish!

Staff was great and very attentive! Location was perfect! Had an upper patio remodel still in process, but didn’t impact overall access to pool or hot tub. No construction noise. Room was clean and spacious enough!

We stayed 1 night, whole family.
We have reserved 3 rooms for this hotel.
The hotel location and condition as good.
Room was fine.
we used valet parking service for 2 cars by hotel.
We got a parking violation notice (Illegal parking during valet parking service by hotel) Just 1 of 2 cars.
We have notified to hotel to fix it. No answer until now.
Otherwise, I would give better score ( Maybe 4?)

In general, hotel was good
Despite of remodeling, the room was nice.
The problem was that we used valet parking service from the hotel.
We got a parking violation notice (Illegal parking during valet parking service by hotel)
We have notified to hotel to fix it. No answer until now.
Otherwise, I would give better score ( Maybe 4?)

I haven’t had such superb and spectacular service in years. William and Eric are absolutely phenomenal! The Bentley is so lucky to have these treasures. All the other staff was magnificent as well. The attention to detail for breakfast and champagne hour… just blown away. The room was stunning. The location was perfect. I actually cried while leaving because we had such an amazing time. I don’t how I’m going to vacation anywhere else because they have set the bar at an all time high.

Beautiful hotel at the quieter end of the historic *****. Rooftop pool is amazing, loved the close proximity to the greenway&beach. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on and all staff were very friendly, accommodating, quick to respond. Will stay here again.

Great location in the middle of everything however safety is definitely an issue. Anyone can walk into this hotel and go up into the elevator because it doesn’t require any type of key upon entry which was concerning for me and my friend (both 20 year old girls) on the middle of south beach. The whole building is super old they just renovated the interior design. Doors are extremely thin and old you can see the hallway lights shining through all around the door at night. You can also hear EVERYTHING. Sounds in the hallway are so loud it sounds like it’s coming straight from inside your room. Wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom and tables. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but for this price you can find WAY better.
