房間偏小，但是在海灘邊上也算是可以了。毛巾不太乾淨，經常發現有洗不掉的污漬。房間哪配有沙灘椅可以拿出去沙灘用，前台也有毛巾提供。早餐每天基本一樣，熱食會每天換。選擇基本夠。買生活上用東西還挺方便，樓下就有個很大的CVS。

Got an ocean front room and we loved it! We loved the view, how close it was to the beach and everything else. The hotel itself was also great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and eat at the room while enjoying rhe amazing view that we had.

Excellent place to stay! Customer service top notch and the location couldn’t have been more perfect ! The restaurant at the Avalon! WOW!!!! All around 5 stars!

Great location and recently upgraded room. Brand new mattress. Despite being on Ocean Drive, no noise. Reception staff very friendly

The hotel is old but clean. You can hear your neighbor rooms. The bathroom is very small no room for personal stuff.
Do NOT spend money on partial ocean view, it is not at all worth it.

The customer service was amazing and accommodating! We stayed for 5 nights and every time we had a need or a question, the staff was eager to help - from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast staff. The only downside is that the wait staff at the on-site restaurant, which I understand has not much to do with the hotel, was a bit rude. We only ate there once, found other options after that.

Pillows not very comfortable- everything else was great. Our new favorite in south beach! Loved our ocean front room!

Camilo was excellent. His attitude, attire and engagement made us feel special. Love the location. Maybe add one more chair to the room, but understand space is limited
