It was a good place to stay in great area

KOSZMAR NIGDY WIĘCEJ, Ponieważ otrzymany pokój 703 nie nadaje się do użytku : 1 - spłuczka w toalecie zacina się - woda leje się non-stop i powoduje hałas. 2 - drzwi do toalety nie zamykają się ponieważ mają zablokowany zamek . 3 - klimatyzacja jest uszkodzona - wentylator pracuję z maksymalną prędkością nie zależnie od ustawień ( powodując koszmarny hałas). Podjąłem reklamację w recepcji z prośbą o zmianę pokoju lub naprawę uszkodzeń. Recepcjonista z dyżurnym inżynierem próbowali naprawić zgłoszone problemy , bez rezultatu . Klimatyzacji nie da się naprawić, Pokoju wolnego na zmianę hotel nie posiada, Hotel odmówił zakupu pokoju wolnego od wad w innym sąsiednim Hotelu . Recepcjonista w mojej obecności dzwonił do managera i zadeklarował naprawę wszystkich uszkodzeń w dniu następnym oraz refundację kosztu mojego pobytu na rzecz TRIP.com W tej sytuacji po godzinie 23,00 pozostało mi spędzić hałaśliwą nie przespaną noc w pokoju nie nadającym się do użytku. Następnego dnia oszukano mnie po raz kolejny , Wymieniono mi pokój na inny ( okazało się że również z uszkodzoną klimatyzacją ) i odmówiono rekompensaty za 2 nie przespane noce z powodu Hałasu klimatyzacji i pozostałych problemów.. Wyprowadzając się poprosiłem o zwrot depozytu 200 $ . odmówiono mi mówiąc że wróci dnia następnego na mój rachunek w rezultacie po 10 dniach brak zwrotu na moją kartę depozytu = 200$ Zmuszony jestem reklamować w Banku ponieważ zażądałem rachunku z finalnym rozliczeniem z którego wynika konieczność zwrotu zablokowanego depozytu . Proszę omijajcie ten Hotel szerokim łukiem i oszczędźcie sobie kłopotów .

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable sobre la Collins Ave a unos pasos de Lincoln Rd y Española Way, muchísimas opciones de bares y restaurantes caminando. No está en frente de la playa pero tienen un espacio de playa que está a 5 minutos caminando, incluye camastro y toallas. La alberca muy bonita pero en la tarde no da el sol y el agua está fría. La limpieza excelente. En cuanto al servicio, no había una sola persona que ayudara con las maletas considerando que los 2 elevadores del frente estaban fuera de servicio y había qué subir unos 4 escalones para ir a los elevadores que sí funcionan, un poco fastidioso pero en general el hotel es muy bonito y por la ubicación vale muchísimo la pena.

The Good: Location, hotel restaurant, showers, the cleanliness of the room. Balcony size. The cleaning staff are super nice. The less good: The pool needs to be heated. It does not get enough sun to heat by itself. Even a portable pool heater used during the winter would have done the trick. No need for a huge investment. The bad: If you are not out of the room before 11am you will not get service, so be sure to ask at the desk if you leave later. You need to check out at 11am. Prompt. While they might not answer your calls to the front desk during your stay, they sure know how the phones work at 11:04am. Plan accordingly.

Second time staying at this property and I would definitely stay again. It is conveniently located on Collins avenue with many dinning, shopping, and exploring options within walking distance. The beach is a short walk across the street with chairs and towels included. The hotel itself is clean and very luxurious. Staff is always great and accommodating.

Tue property does justice to the pictures and seems to be fairly new. The bedrooms could use a full body mirror. However the bottle of sparkling wine or something was never received, even with vip access *******.

Had a good stay! There can be a long wait at check-in or check-out but other than that it was good. It was not hot when we were there so didn’t trot too much on the AC!

We decided to spend the first two days of the new year here. Property was very clean and stay was relaxing until it ended terribly. We valeted late on our last night and forgot brand new air pods in the car. The very next morning was check out and they were missing from our rental. Everything is trackable these days and they were tracked to an address in an area outside of south beach. A private home. We contacted the hotel immediately to let them know valet person at such and such address had taken the items. It’s a shame that this happened. We were told a manager would call back yet they never did. Received a email that the matter was being looked into. However we tried calling a few days later to find out valet is done by a contracting company. The point of contacting the hotel was so that they would be aware of their employees behavior or in this case the employee of the company contracted by them. Valet was also $40 a day and the least they could have done was refund us the valet fee. I found the handling of this incident very unprofessional and would never stay here. Beware and DO NOT valet.
