Big4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

One of the best Caravan parks we have ever stayed in. Clean , comfortable, everything provided for. Lovely gardens , right on the foreshore. Great walks from the park. Really good privacy between the cabins . Plenty of utensils, crockery etc. 10/10.

Very poor kitchen, no oven, 1 sink only, 2 small fridges only for so many camp people. 1 gas cook top only. the kitchen space also small as per camp. not enough dining space too. there are no shower facility close to pool. shower is far from pool.

We planned our Albany trip on 30th and we have spent 3 nights at the hotel. On an overall note we had a really good time at our stay in Big4 Middleton. Main bed room quilt sheets are occupied lightly with dust. except that rest everything is perfect. I can recommend others to visit this place. It is very near to almost everything you look out in Albany.

Spend a wonderful stay, enjoy every moment, very comfortable cabin with everything you need. Enjoy the pool and the spa and the beach which is so close. Very nice ladies at the reception. Customer service was excellent. The only negative : the holiday was too short😄

Stayed in a fantastic two bedroom chalet (one bedroom with two bunk beds and the other with queen bed)….very spacious with a well equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The complex is a short walk from the beach and three great restaurants….with the main part of Albany only a 5 minute drive. A great place for an Albany holiday.

It’s may be surprising to some but you can get very good quality accomodation in caravan parks, and Middleton beach is no different. We opted for a two beach house and it didn’t disappoint, whilst it wasn’t perfect it was a very good value. As a big4 member I think there was 30 mins of cart time included but we come with our own electric scooters so kids not really interested but good bike tracks, we went out to emu point and also went for a ride to get some local fish and chips. They had all the little stuff covered, soap, dishwasher tablets, towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder etc The view from upstairs, well you can pay a lot of money elsewhere and not get such a view, my 10yo and 13yo loved it were excited by it and whilst their a tad older they only made use of the spa and pool and that passed with flying colours. The kitchen windows kind of all line up so you can see other people in their kitchens upstairs but their equipped with blinds, thankfully :) Kids have to wear a wristband and you get one for your stay and the paperwork suggests replacements are $20… whether that is the case or not I don’t know but there’s a few YouTube videos on how to reuse these as my kids are somewhat sensitive to keeping these things on for prolonged periods, sure they could use a can of harden up but it was just a problem I didn’t want :) Checkin experience was seemless and full of useful information, checkout, well we had to leave before the office opened at 8am so dropped the keys in the after hours box. Rooms aren’t serviced daily, they don’t really need to be but all in all glad we stayed here, kids had a great time and it was sad to leave.

All the staff at BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park are lovely. From a friendly welcome while checking in at reception, to the groundsmen, the cleaners and housekeepers everyone had a smile and will help you with any questions or information that you may have. Always enjoy our visits to this beautiful park.

Great beach front property. Enjoyed the beach house, plenty of room for 7 people, upstairs is great with a nice view of the ocean and plenty of fresh air. It is quite expensive though, compared to when we were there last time, about 4 years ago. Would have liked to come more frequently.
