No breakfast, employees had a party the night before and had issues the next day showing up.

Bed was comfortable, was told at check in there would be no hot water that evening and then got up next morning still no water. Ask for manager and was told they wouldn’t be there until 8am

The overall area was fantastic, as were the staff and other staying guests. The ice machines on the first and second floor were broken, so the third floor was the only place to go for ice. The room was amazing, however there were always ants in the bathroom even when things were cleaned, and we were staying on the second floor. Not sure if there was anything in the walls or if they were coming up the drain, but it made going to the bathroom and showering a little longer than desired as the ants would need rinsed down the drain or wiped off the floor. Outside of that small inconvenience, the place and staff were fantastic.

I had reserved a double room for myself, my husband, and our grandchildren. All they had available when we checked in was a handicap room which was a minor inconvenience. However they were still cleaning it when we got there, leaving us to stand in the hall. They were apologetic and trying to hurry, but I wish we had known before we hauled kids and luggage up there. The biggest disappoin**ent, however, was that the pool was closed. I chose it because it had a pool so the kids could swim and would have chosen another hotel if I had known. The website doesn't mention the pool closure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and was so nice to us. We will recommend this place to everyone.
