Aparthotel Isola

房間相當大，旁邊就是家樂福。房間裏的設施齊全，咖啡，茶，小吃，日用品都很齊全。有洗衣機，烤箱，微波爐。

To start with the positives. Supermarket on doorstep, tube was around the corner, 15 mins journey to the centre. Room was reasonably clean, modern. Fridge filled with free drinks, snacks on the table, tea and coffee all free. Although location seemed ok, we spent 2hrs trying to find this place. Absolutely no external signage apart from a small number 81. A small plaque inside the main foyer to which the external door was locked so had to peer through a window to know we were in the right place as looks like an office block. Rang reception for directions who weren’t very helpful. Maybe a language barrier as phone got put down twice? Not sure.. So after checking in we stayed in room 4. Room appeared nice. And what struck me was the noise from outside despite being on the 5th floor. Later that night on our way back from sightseeing we witnessed ***** and fighting outside this hotel, few dodgy people milling about. When we got into bed the noise from the road outside and people in the above apartment was awful. You could hear everything, vehicles woosh by, sirens, trams, a women shouting and carrying on upstairs, dragging chairs about. You are provided with earplugs but should you really have to wear these?? No exaggeration but it was like sleeping next to the A1. For me I want just a clean room with pretty much no external noise and this hotel couldn’t provide on this occasion. We should have requested to move rooms but other half didn’t want any drama, so I had to do without sleep for 2 days. Wouldn’t recommend if you value your sleep.

Great clean apartment with nearby tram into centre of Milan. Nearby supermarket, resteraunt and cafe. My only complaint is that we were asked to pay an additional fee for cleaning as we stayed more than one night - despite not even using kitchen as we ate out! This made no sense to me!!! I questioned this and was informed it was listed on our booking confirmation! As we had previously stayed in another apartment in this aparthotel chain last year and didn't pay any additional cleaning charges I expressed my disappointment and the extra cleaning fee was wavered. But be aware of additional charges before booking!!!!

We had the pleasure to live temporarily in Aparthotel Isola for 3 months during our apartment search in Milan. The owner is friendly and very helpful. The apartments are recently renovated, clean and well-equipped. The hotel is located close to both metro and tram connections that will lead you to the city center in less than 15 minutes, and only a short walk away from the heart of Isola, where you find plenty of restaurants, modern architecture and the biggest market in the city. This is a perfect solution if you look for an apartment rather than a hotel room :-)

Posizione ottima, pulizia perfetta, tutto profumo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Appartamento bellissimo, qualità prezzo ottima ma dipende molto dai giorni di soggiorno.. Personale super disponibile e cordiale. Unica pecca forse la zona non è il massimo specialmente nelle ore serali/notturni

Une très belle expérience dans un appartement magnifique. Très bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, un lit confortable, une cuisine bien équipé. Un hôte accueillant et chaleureux. Très bien placé dans le quartier de chinatown.

La mia recensione si riferisce sopratutto sul spiacevole accaduto e il primo comportamento e Reazione/servizio del gestore negativo dopo averlo contattato. La camera era top/moderna e pulita. Avendo per di piu dimenticato un blazer sarebbe stato molto gradito un messagio di avviso non avvenuto. Avendo controllato giorni dopo lestratto mi accorgo di aver ricevuto un adebito doppio avendolo segnalato con foto di estrato in quel punto la 1. reazione sarebbe dovuta essere mi faccia verificare ansiche si sbaglia non puo essere il mio systema dichiara un adebito di piu non posso fare etc. Il disguido e durato piu di una settimana per sentire prima si sbaglia ho chiamato la banca ladebito e uno e giorni dopo sentire che e uno sbaglio del systema che a me come cliente interessa ben poco ladebito ce il nome del suo hotel. Quindi si prendi le sue responsabilita e scusarsi con il cliente ansi che cercare scuse altrove. per finire avendo ricevuto il bonifico indietro con ladebito di quasi 10CHF per spese in meno. Come prego? Di sicuro non ci mettero piu piede. Quando si commette uno sbaglio basta reagire, verificare, scusarsi e risolvere basta.
