I absolutely loved my stay at Ostello Bello. The staff was friendly, amazing and easily accessible regarding answering questions.
The cleaning was top notch and the for the free food in the kitchen was very helpful.
I also loved the fact that it’s located in the central of Milan which makes commuting very for first timers like me 😂😂😂.
The breakfast is top notch as well. I absolutely loved my stay.💐💝❤️🇮🇹

i left my powerbank in my bed, the housekeeper apparently did not surrender it to the front desk when i asked hours after checking out.
requested a lowerbunk bed so was downgraded to 6bed dorm instead of 5bed dorm and have to tell the reception person to refund the difference which he unwillingly refunded.
there was a construction ongoing in the area so it was kinda noisy during waking hours.
no soap/shampoo in dormitories.
aside from those issues, the place is good: free food in the kitchen. super close to milan train station. comfy beds.

It is a good hostel with their own cool vibe especially with activities in the evening. Rooms and building are well maintained. Location is very good especially for tourist who is traveling trough Milan.
The staff are very kind and professional

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

The location is good. Really close to Milano centrale. But it’s also dangerous for tourists. Be aware of pickpockets. The facilities were good. The kitchen has everything for cooking. And the staff are friendly

My family and I absolutely loved loved our stay at Ostello Grande Milano - It was so vibey, and the staff were super friendly and efficient and helpful. They have so many wonderful facilities there. it was very clean. the food at their restaurant was very tasty. We loved the kitchen upstairs and all the free stuff. Definitely a perk when travelling on a budget. The location is fantastic - very close to the station and one definitely feels at home. the staff go the extra mile to help you . Next time we to go Italy we will definitely stay at the other Ostellos in Italy.

6 person is too much in the same room
The lobby and events was great.
Toilet was too small.
You can use a washing mashine with drying machine by 7 euros
