The good: The location is very good, and the floor to ceiling blinds are excellent. The room was really dark, which was great for sleeping. The bad: Cristina was not there when we arrived, so she walked us through the lockbox to get our keys. We got in and got into our room... But the room didn't lock. We went out to grab food and had to leave our room unlocked (although the apartment as a whole does lock). When we got back, we messaged her to ask if there was something we weren't understanding. She kept insisting that the door does lock. Finally, we noticed our key ring - the keys in the lockbox she directed us to - were in fact for the only other room. We even checked, and yes, the key turned in the other lock. No one was there at the time, thank goodness, although clearly the room was occupied. So yes, she gave us the keys to someone else's room and then did not give us the correct keys to lock our own room. She again walked us through the lockboxes - this time sending us to the right one - but honestly the whole situation was bizarre. This feels like an enormous safety issue. I would also note this is much more like an Airbnb, for all that it's listed on hotel platforms.

Cristina was an excellent host. Made sure I had everything I needed; explained all the ins-and-outs. The room was gorgeous; amazing bedding, pillows, mattress. Slept so well! Ceiling to floor window came with an electronic shade that worked perfectly. Lovely toiletries. Lovely design sensibility throughout.

Ho soggiornato per una notte con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sebbene sia dietro la stazione di porta Genova è molto silenzioso. Arredato molto bene, pulitissimo, moderno e ha tutti i confort anche per chi usa la cucina. Ci sono anche le ciabattine e un ricarica cellulare da appoggio su ogni comodino (mai trovato, neanche nei 5 stelle). È a 2 minuti di orologio dalla metro. Per chi non prenota la colazione, Cristina da ottimi suggerimenti, come la pasticceria Clivati a 5 minuti a piedi: super!!! Cristina è gentilissima, disponibile e professionale. Ci ha lasciato il garage (lo prenoti a pagamento) anche oltre l’orario di check out perché non era stato prenotato dagli altri ospiti. Lì vicino ci sono musei, negozi, locali (bella la zona dei navigli e a un minuto c’è il Bobino per ape e post cena, si balla) e raggiungi in 23 minuti a piedi il castello sforzesco. Comunque con la metro si raggiunge tutto il centro in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente

Très bonne expérience! Je remercie Cristina pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et sa flexibilité. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, fonctionnelle et design, le concept justement! La literie était parfaite et il y avait une très bonne insonorisation, très calme. La chambre indépendante se situe dans un bâtiment sécurisé tout comme la place de parking qu'il est possible de réserver en plus. Le quartier Navigli à proximité est très sympa. Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Hier 2 nachten verbleven met mijn man en 2 tieners. Heel appartement voor ons alleen. 2 slaapkamers met badkamer, keuken en woonkamer. Naast dat het een mooi appartement is is het ook nog eens perfect gelegen voor een stadsbezoek aan Milaan. 2 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waar ook de tram en metro komt. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. Supermarkt op een kleine 10 minuten lopen. De auto kon geparkeerd worden in de parkeergarage onder de pand. Koste wel 25 euro per dag maar voor Milaan is dat vrij normaal. Kan het alleen maar aanbevelen!
