M20 Boutique Hotel

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι λίγο δύσκολο. . Είναι δύσκολο να το εξηγήσω! Υποτίθεται ότι ήταν το βράδυ που έφτασα την πρώτη μέρα. Συμφωνήσαμε να αποθηκεύσουμε τις αποσκευές μας το επόμενο πρωί, αλλά δεν υπήρχε κανείς στη ρεσεψιόν την επόμενη μέρα. Μπορούσαμε μόνο να βάλουμε την κάρτα και φύγαμε.Όταν φύγαμε έπρεπε να κατέβουμε και να βγούμε από την πόρτα, που ήταν χάσιμο χρόνου.

SAVE YOUR TIME!! DONT BOOK THIS STAY!!! We checked in to M20 hotel around 4PM on the 22nd of July 2023. When we arrived we immediately left for dinner and came back later at night around 8. When finally being able to look at the room we realised how horrible it was. Shower was covered in mould. Mould was between the ties, on the shower screen and the walls were disgusting. Not only was the mould a problem, the shower head was covered in soap scum and the toilet was stained. The walls in the room was also covered in dirt and stains. The entire room smelt unbearable. The ceiling shower head was also damaged with the water spraying on the walls rather than down. Coffee machine pods were also not the proper pods for the given machine, they were a refoiled pod. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We quickly packed our bags and checked out and requested a refund. They have since declined our refund and continue to claim we didn’t tell them upon check out why we were leaving when in fact we did and also showed photos and were extremely upset. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! No other word to explain how horrid this place is and how bad the service is! It took me calling multiple times to get some sort of response rather than them doing their job and keeping me in the loop. Absolutely unacceptable. Also forgot to mention upon arrival there was no proper signage to direct you on where to go, only a door bell in which we told the person on the other end that we didn’t understand where to go and they made no effort to help us!!! Even when we called the hotel for help they did not answer our call. Like seriously.

This hotel was gross and dirty! The carpet was stained with who knows what and our room had ants - we stopped counting at 100!! The entry to the hotel was not well marked so it was a good thing that local people showed us how to enter. The description of the hotel on ********** was totally misleading and incorrect. We never would have booked the M20Boutique hotel and we could not stay stay there !!! I will contact ********** to discuss the situation.

Very good location , easy access to all main areas of the city by walk or metro

To be quite honest with you, the best part about this so called "boutique" hotel is the wi-fi speed. Other than that: pathetic. No glasses to wash your mouth, have to beg for soap, no tissues, dirty and/or broken stuff, no TV for non Italian speakers (not even Cnn or Bloomberg). Been to their sister hotel in Bordeaux, France. It was amazing. This place is basically a super expensive YMCA. They deserve the lowest possible grade. I took many pictures so that (actuel) management sees how filthy the place is. Best option, Burn it down and build another one. Disgustingly yours. PS: Cool, now that I've left, just got an email about where and how to park my car 😂😂 PS2: The guy at the desk when checking out tried charging me EUR2,00 for a bottle of water I never drank,...

Very good location Friendly staff and welling to help when needed. Clean and well maintained

I called for a booking one day prior and got told me and my girlfriend could just come the next day and we could have a stay and pay cash. When we arrived we were denied and told we should book online. Apparently it doesn't count to have spoken with them on the phone.

La comunicación fue complicada en recepción, a pesar de que nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora, la persona que nos atendió fue poco amable y con un pobre manejo del inglés y nulo español, lo que hizo el proceso más complicado. Al irnos no había nadie para hacer el check out o qué nos orientará con información básica. En general el lugar es limpio, con una excelente ubicación, pero la atención es fatal.

Hotel ist nicht einfach zu finden, da aussen nicht beschildert. Der Concierge war nicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - dafür kann das Hotel nicht viel. Zimmer 10 ohne Aussicht, dafür ruhig. 2 Fenster die man öffnen kann (und in den Hinterhof sieht). Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Leider aber viele Ameisen im Bad (und nun zu Hause überall sehe ich mal wieder eine)! Kaffeemaschine, Tee usw. war vorhanden, nutzten aber nichts ausser der Dusche mit heissem Wasser und Armaturen die nicht mehr alle gut halten. Gute Lage nahe am Dom und auch ein Parkhaus (Diaz 6, sehr eng) in der Nähe. Alles in allem in Ordnung für 1-2 Nächte. Bei unseren Kollegen wurde zuvor im Zimmer geraucht und der Gestank brachte man trotz Lüften nicht mehr weg.
