near milan central train station, surroundings got a number of restaurants. Not on the main road, there are number of gates to get into hotel building. Big room, with bathroom amenities and free wifi access

I was staying on the 14th floor. Spacious room with great view to the city. It was my second time here. Always satisfied.

A nice hotel for a stopover in Milan. Good central location very close to central train station and subway. In case your room is on a higher floor you will have a beautiful view over Milan

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Milano train station. Good for travellers without car. There is tram number 9 and 10 just in front of the hotel, convenient to go around Milan with public transportation. We drive there, however there no exclusive parking for the guest. Parking at the basement which is managed by 3rd party. You need to leave the car key for them and they will arrange the parking. It is not convenient if you plan to drive in and out. Parking is EUR30 per night.
The room naming with “suit” which doesn’t reflect 100%. As a “suit”. The room is bigger than normal for sure but for me it doesn’t consider as a suit, which should have bed room and living room.
Cleaning is fine. Room facilities are a bit old, maintenance is not up to the standard.
Amenities are good, you could request quite a lot of items, which can compare with the standard in Asia.
Breakfast is EUR10/person, which has basic food for breakfast.
Overall the hotel is good for business purpose but. It really for leisure.

Struttura molto bella. Camere ampie, nuove e pulitissime. Vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Colazione abbastanza buona, forse mi sarei aspettato di più da un hotel del genere.

Firstly, the front desk lady with glasses was really rude, arrogant and impatient. You should learn some manner from the kind and smiley lady next to you, because your fake smile like the face of the zombie nun's alive. Secondly, although the location is nice it needs ten minutes walk from the Milano Centrale but actually quite tricky to find this hotel it needs me to ask other hotel’s receptionist for help with, google map wasn’t accurate. Because this hotel located in a lane inside of a place like car park.

Location is good, very close to the Centrale station, and easy access walking to the metro.

The reason we choose this hotel was the approximity to train station Milano Centrale. It was abt 5 mins walk from the station.
Check in was a breeze. We booked the classic double junior suite. Room was very spacious. Bathroom came with standing showers. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose.
