Stylish house on walking distance of all the important places in Milan. Lovely garden and if you’re lucky you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace…accompanied by the friendly dog of the house… We especially enjoyed the breakfast Teodora made us every morning at the time we wanted …

I booked this accommodation based on its location near Milan central station and on positive reviews. I stayed for 3 nights. Teodora Apartment is a short, flat walk from Milan central station. Apartment 1 was at the top of the building at the back, with a delightful balcony overlooking the garden and gardens of neighbouring apartments. This was a wonderful spot in the mornings and at twilight. It felt like I was actually living in Milan. The noisiest thing was the bird song. The room was surprisingly large and the bathroom was well equipped, with a great shower. No tv or fridge. As others have noted, there are two dogs. I love dogs, so for me this was a bonus. Breakfast, which included eggs freshly cooked and basil straight from the garden, was served in a lovely ground floor room overlooking the garden (which was available for use) as was a separate lounge. There was a large market held in the square opposite on the Saturday. Easy access to shops. I felt safe at all hours in the area despite being close to the station. Hosts were very accommodating (though as they noted, I didn't see a lot of them due to my scheduling). The apartment is up two flights of stairs. This wasn't an issue for me but could be if you had a lot of luggage (they will help with luggage) or mobility issues. Although close to the station, the apartment is quite a walk to the Duomo and most other attractions. Again, this wasn't an issue for me as I love walking but something to consider if that is an issue for you as you may need to use public transport or taxis. Wifi worked well. Easy access to the train station is a bonus for doing day trips, as I did to Lake Como. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan.

This was such a cute B&B and my only regret is that we didn't stay there longer. It is located right near the train station and the family-owned B&B is so adorable. They have two dogs that are extremely friendly that greet you at the door and the space is incredible. Outdoor seating, a dining room for breakfast and books abound. I could have lived there if they'd let me. Teodora is so friendly and her family are so sweet too.

Great place. 5 minutes from central train station. 25 minutes easy beautiful walk to duomo. The place itself is just like described and seen on the provided photos. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable. Perfect B&B experience.

I stayed at Teodora for my last evening in Italy. It was a great way to wrap up my trip. This was an authentic experience of living with a family in Milano. The guest rooms were on the top floor and I believe that the family lives on the floors below. There were two beautiful and well behaved dogs as a bonus. I enjoyed just sitting and petting them. The breakfast in the morning was second to none. Teodora prepared some wonderful scrambled eggs and cappuccino. I would highly recommend this B&B for a solo or couple looking for a safe and quiet place close to the Centrale train station.

this may have been the best B&B I have ever stayed in. everything was top notch right from the start when Flavia emailed me ahead of time to see if I had any special needs she could take care of. the room was so comfortable and the bathroom great; breakfast was fabulous....delicious and homemade and everyone friendly and personable. I wish I were going back to Milan!!!!!!

Beautiful family-run B and B. Friendly, helpful, and genuine owners. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Great location. Every positive you can see in other reviews is TRUE. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer ( due to our schedule). Highly recommend.
