Ήταν μία πολύ καλή εμπειρία! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, με shared pool και πολύ όμορφη διαρύθμιση. Η ανοιχτή ντουλάπα στο μπάνιο, ήταν εξαιρετική. Η θέα θάλασσα και το πολύ καλό wifi, ήταν επίσης από τα δυνατά σημεία του ξενοδοχείου. Το φαγητό σε όλα τα εστιατόρια ήταν εξαιρετικό και είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία, με το προσωπικό να είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και άμεσο. Μπράβο!

Hotel was far from ready in terms of 5 star service, we waited alot in restaurants and had hiccups in the room service. Although our service team in the guest relations did their best . Kudos to Seren and Omer. Otherwise operations should be better at the scale of this hotel

This is by far the best hotel we have ever been to. Special praise to the assistants on site (JA Seren and Ömer) thank you. I really have nothing to complain about about the hotel, the service and the food, all 10 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous food and amazing Joy Advisors who do everything possible to make a memorable stay, especially Deniz and Dilan. Exceptional service in the beach cabanas, Butler Natasha was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully arranged with a la carte restaurants making food time both relating and enjoyable. We can't wait to return 😍

If you're expecting 5* don't book this hotel. Check-in was horrendous, 3 hrs and still no bags. We booked our room based on the images online but we got nothing like that room. We were shoved at the end of the block with a tiny, depressing terrace and a view of the buggy park. Service is dreadful, we waited 45 mins just for a drink. Food is depressing, no excitement there at all. Hotel has zero atmosphere. We stayed at the Titanic next door, much nicer and nowhere near as expensive. I had such high hopes for this hotel but utterly disappointed.

our family is on vacation in Lujo now on May 2024. It is big disappointment. It is a shame to have such awful service for 5 star hotel. We have a problem to receive a table for breakfast, not because there were no available, but because they are all dirty. Finally we took the less dirty one, the waiter came in 10 min, the food came in 40 min - and only part that we ordered, nobody cleaned our table. Dinner - we waited 1,5 hours for hot dishes, the white wine had finished quickly (according to the UAI program we should have a choice of 3 white wines) Housekeeping - no cotton pads in the room, the shampoo has almost finished - no adding. For the sake of justice, food quality and the service is Asma and Sorriso restaurants were rather good. Resume - it’s a shame to privide such poor service for the 5 star hotel with great facilities and so beautiful surroundings.

bütün yönleriyle övgüyü hakeden bir otel. konsepti çok etkileyici. restoranları yüksek derecede lezzetli. dünya mutfaklarını kesinlikle otele getirmişler. girişten itibaren size sürekli eşlik eden iki yardımcınız oluyor. bize vlada ve jülide eşlik etmişti. çok ilgili arkadaşlar. ikisinede teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.

Our time at Lujo was amazing from start to finish. Our advisors, Jülide and Sabina took very good care of us and were always available to answer every question we had. All of the restaurants were great, our favourite being Gaia where the staff were wonderful and the views were incredible. The Gaia experience was definitely a highlight of our stay! The quality of service across the hotel was consistently high for the duration of our trip and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to Jülide, Sabina and all the Lujo staff for a lovely stay!

Lujo hotel offered an unforgetable experience for me especially with the help of Jülide and also Sabina. Many thanks especially to Jülide as I interacted more with her. I had some crazy demands and she did her best to please me as a guest of Lujo hotel. The views, the food, the design, the smell of the hotel.. everything is an expecience here. Loved it
