Отель классный, тут красиво, вкусно , стильно. Есть к чему стремиться в плане улучшения качества сервиса, чтобы реже ломались эскалаторы, но в целом все стараются, все нам нравится.

Ήταν μία πολύ καλή εμπειρία! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, με shared pool και πολύ όμορφη διαρύθμιση. Η ανοιχτή ντουλάπα στο μπάνιο, ήταν εξαιρετική. Η θέα θάλασσα και το πολύ καλό wifi, ήταν επίσης από τα δυνατά σημεία του ξενοδοχείου. Το φαγητό σε όλα τα εστιατόρια ήταν εξαιρετικό και είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία, με το προσωπικό να είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και άμεσο. Μπράβο!

We didn’t stay at this hotel but the next door Titanic Deluxe (which was lovely). All I have to say about Lujo is that it sounds like an 18-30s destination from Ibiza, with outrageously loud music that is audible across the adjacent resort until the early hours of the morning. I’m not sure how a hotel that advertises itself as a family friendly destination can justify an open air club.

Stunning location,beautiful views , brilliant evening entertainment and delicious food but let down by extremely poor service in all bars and restaurants. Almost every order comes back wrong even from a simple Diet Coke. Staff need much more training. Such a shame because it has the potential to be so much better.

Had a wonderful time at this Hotel with a couple of reservations around the service levels and entertainment. Overall the service levels were very good, particularly in our first week when the Hotel was relatively quiet. The second week we experienced long delays in delivery of meals, alongside wrong courses delivered. This was by no means the fault of the restaurant staff who were quite valiant in their attempts to maintain service levels. In fact our hearts went out to them at times as they were quite clearly struggling, despite their best efforts, due to significant staff shortages. Rather it appeared to us to be an operational /management issue. The entertainment was, in parts, very good but limited and would have benefitted from more musical entertainment in the lounge areas. Having said all that we managed to have a very good time in what was a lovely setting, with excellent facilities, eating some great food and being well served by some lovely members of staff. Unfortunately we did not get all the names of the staff but special mention goes to the following; Emre - Bluette Patisserie Amar, Farkhat, Omar, Milos - Gaia Reastaurant Horecan and Resul - Joy Beach Aylin - Opa! beach club restaurant Nisarnu - Sports and other bars Thank you all for your freindliness, attention and hard work - it is very much appreciated. The ver best of wishes to you all for the future!

Hotel was far from ready in terms of 5 star service, we waited alot in restaurants and had hiccups in the room service. Although our service team in the guest relations did their best . Kudos to Seren and Omer. Otherwise operations should be better at the scale of this hotel

This is by far the best hotel we have ever been to. Special praise to the assistants on site (JA Seren and Ömer) thank you. I really have nothing to complain about about the hotel, the service and the food, all 10 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous food and amazing Joy Advisors who do everything possible to make a memorable stay, especially Deniz and Dilan. Exceptional service in the beach cabanas, Butler Natasha was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully arranged with a la carte restaurants making food time both relating and enjoyable. We can't wait to return 😍

If you're expecting 5* don't book this hotel. Check-in was horrendous, 3 hrs and still no bags. We booked our room based on the images online but we got nothing like that room. We were shoved at the end of the block with a tiny, depressing terrace and a view of the buggy park. Service is dreadful, we waited 45 mins just for a drink. Food is depressing, no excitement there at all. Hotel has zero a**osphere. We stayed at the Titanic next door, much nicer and nowhere near as expensive. I had such high hopes for this hotel but utterly disappointed.
