Went down for business conferences. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. It was in a central location of downtown. We had no issues while we were there. Will book here again.

Hotel was gorgeous. Pool was out of order which was unfortunate and the room didn’t have a microwave. But the beds were cozy!

The tub did not drain after taking a shower. I was standing in a tub of water after my shower. It took 20 minutes before the next person could shower.
Also “security” came banging on my door. I happened to be waiting for the elevator when I heard all of the banging. I went over there and said that’s my room. Before I even got there they were opening my door to my room. They told me they were working on the hotel Wi-Fi. I told them to get out of my room. Very displeased with the hotel!

The room was dirty. When we got into the room it was obvious it was not vacuumed and there was an old gum wrapper on the ground. The cabinet under the sink looked like tooth paste was smeared on it.
We wanted to have drinks at the bar and one worker was busy so she told the other bar tender to serve us, he ignored us, she ended up having to serve us. There was a dance conference so it was a 10-20 minute wait to use the elevator to and from our room.

They now charge for $25 for parking despite being the suburbs and have about 5 football fields worth of parking. No other "Mall of America" are hotel charges to park. I wont stay again, too many other good choices in the area.
