Great hotel but nothing was open past 10pm for food, not even room service on a Monday night upon arriving.

Definitely not a super clean room, was easy to tell it either doesn’t get booked very often (it was right by the elevator) or if it truly had bad cleaners. The sheets were very uncomfortable, felt like paper. The complimentary birthday card in our room had the wrong name on it so that was disappointing. Unfortunately the night we stayed a private event was taking up the 27th floor so we couldn’t access the prohibition bar.

Our thermostat did not work and our room was incredibly hot. We did call the desk and nothing was done. Not even a call back. The 2nd night - out power went out in half of our room. Security had to come and look through our room at 1:30am for the fuse box. The hotel only comped 4 beers. I did email them and they had no response.

I paid quite a bit for the suite. I was slightly dissatisfied that the staff got several things wrong.

Lady at the front desk was rude, rooms were cheap, made us pay daily for wifi which is just ridiculous.

Great stay, we had dinner at Manny’s, location was perfect. The staff greeting and helping us showed top notch customer service!

Perfect location and super fun late night. Loved the hotel. The only downfall was in the morning when we showered the entire bathroom flooded. We told the front desk and they sent someone to clean it up but we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room while someone was in there cleaning. We really wanted a lazy morning and definitely did not get that. We left early due to this problem. They didn’t offer any sort of “sorry” about the inconvenience of the flooded bathroom.

It was very nice but expensive i thought i was going to be in a higher room since it was so much but it was clean and close to everything which was nice
