Not everything went smoothly with our stay at this hotel.
We checked into the hotel late at night, early in the morning (about 4:30 am), two double rooms were booked from 2:00 pm the previous day. We received the keys to two rooms, one on the third floor and the other on the seventh. Everything was OK with the room on the third floor, but the air conditioner did not work in the room on the seventh floor. I reported problems with the room on the seventh floor to the reception, got the keys to the room on the eleventh floor, I was to wake up and scare the person already living there. I reported this to the reception, in response I received an offer to move into a single room (one of us was supposed to arrive the next day) with a promise to move us the next day in accordance with the reserved and paid room.
We calmly settled down in the rooms and fell asleep.
IIn the morning, after breakfast, which ends at 10:00 am, I went to the reception desk to ask about the room that was promised, I received an offer to spread the sofa for my brother, to which I refused. To this I was told that the clarity with the possibility of settling will appear only after 14:00.
As a result, at 14:30 (the next day from the start of the stay) we received the rooms in accordance with our booking.
