I got covid days before my stay and the hotel was not accommodating. I tried to get credit so I can rebook for a future date and they said no. Extremely frustrating. I will not be staying with them.

This was our second time at the Iberostar Miraflores and we enjoyed just as much as the first. The food was excellent. The top-floor terrace has a great view of the coast. The location is excellent, close to both Kennedy Park and Larcomar mall. In retrospect, the only disappointment is that it appears that we should have receives VIP benefits, but we didn’t.

Beautiful modern hotel. Lovely towels and robes. Very comfortable beds. Super clean. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Great rooftop bar and pool. Sauna was fab too. Short walk into central Miraflores. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful. Breakfast awesome. Pool is amazing. If I had to be critical of one thing is that the shower water temp really hard to get right. But my that is really splitting hairs when that's the only thing you can think of. Fantastic would come back in a heart beat

I had high expectations for this hotel more than anything due to how expensive it was. Very disappointed to say the least. The room was very nice, bright and modern looking with sufficient details but that were the positive ends. The lobby is tiny and it already looks dated. The roof top pool is best avoided. Super loud music with people smoking and young kids in bathing suit well into the evening.

A new hotel in Lima so everything is new and in great condition. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is great.
Great lobby with coffee bar which feeds out onto the front of the hotel is a great place to hang out.
Water fountains are situated in corridors so no plastic is used in rooms (so bring your own canister).
