Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to stay at the hotel, as my rescheduleling was not approved. I rate them very poorly due to their mishandling of my rebooking request. USD 10,000 for a 5-night stay for two adults was completely wasted. For the past couple of months, I have been asking them to consider my case—not for a refund, but simply to change the dates. After numerous emails and follow-ups, Kiymet Alimci, Director of Sales and Marketing informed me that their files are closed, the booking was posted, and they rejected my request. They also advised me to reach out to the third party who did my booking, this advise from them made the whole situation worse and frustrated me more.
