It is not réal 4 stars for me. Réception staff is really lovely. But room condition is bad and old , smells not good. It's almost staff are lovely. Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" he make really bad mode for all clients . Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you uncomfortable all sejour. Be careful!!! Or every thing was good !

Hôtel et piscine propres. Buffet copieux, bon et renouvelé. Les chambres ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Il n’y a pas de navette pour l’aéroport contrairement aux infos données par Trip. Début mai il y a une partie de l’hôtel qui n’est pas ouverte donc pas de spa, pas de discothèque et pas de 2e piscine extérieure donc pas de toboggans. Il y a des animations en journée mais souvent les mêmes. Les soirées sont animées et variées. Mention spéciale pour Rico.

The best hotel, the best animation, the best workers in hotel on the world !!! Only hotel where i will back to the end of my life !!! Thus hotel is like home and all people who working there are family. Its not possible to fine one more place like this.

We just came back of our holiday yesterday and we miss this place already. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Food great, rooms clean, waiters, cleaners - from top to bottom there was no single thing we could complain about. Nice pools, enough sun loungers (there was never battle to get one) Evenings - always space to sit down (enough tables for everyone ) Hotel located right at the beach front which is amazing. And the 1-st place goes to entertiment team! The vibe Our family of 4 absolutely loved them. Such a beautiful bunch of people. Made our holiday so enjoyable. They making sure everyone feels great, they look after everyone and make you feel so relaxed. We were not bored for a minute, enjoyed archery, darts, balls, steps (fitness) aqua fitness ( thanks Ziko for keeping us fit ), there was so much more to do. The evenings were such a fun aswell thanks to them. Foam party, quiz night and fav film „Dirty Dancing” seen in different hillarious way. Rico, Zico, Daly, Miro, Moumou, Sisko, Sarah, Hiba, Named. I hope I did not miss anyone or changed your names Talented and energetic you all are. Thank you so much for the best memories that we made

Don’t believe the good reviews, I honestly believe they must be made up. The pool is great though you have to pay for sunbed mattress, small and I mean small bit of private beach, couldn’t walk along it as jam packed with sunbeds and I can’t say enough how tiny it is The animation team are always busy, but if you’re not interested they don’t hassle you. The rooms are basic, with cupboard doors hanging off and moth holes in curtains, the bath plughole is covered in rust. Basic selection of alcohol, what you would expect in a dry country but all has a whisky taste. Reception staff struggle with basic English so instructions are as clear as mud. Trips and facilities in hotel are plentiful, but boy do you get hassled. We ended up being so rude to quad guy after constantly being followed and harassed. Now the food…..always something to eat, if you get to eat. We walked out of dining room as I have never experienced anything like it despite being to several countries, take school dinners and multiply by 1000 and you still aren’t close. No matter what time you go at it’s CHAOS. Queues 150 people long, barging into you and the arrogance and rudeness is appalling. We walked out, went to the shop and bought crisps as there isn’t other options to eat out locally. We aren’t posh and realise you get what you pay for but if we could’ve flown home believe me we would have. All we expect is a clean basic room, better weather than the UK and food and drink (if you are all inclusive) and so far the only one that’s there is the weather. Please don’t waste your hard earned cash coming here.

Currently here and already after day 1 , the food is awful, no burgers , chicken even no chips/fries , egypt 4 star had them all including hotdogs , staff selling stuff do not understand the meaning of no to trips or later in the week , got asked 4 times in first 3 hours by same guy , rooms very basic , beds are like a rock, the good things are the pool and beach , also first ever all inclusive resort ive been to where you have to pay 2 dinars for bottled water , cmon like water should be free , regret coming here after seeing such decent reviews about food. Clearly it is made up because all they offer is pizza and popcorn ( no sugar) , people may see me as a typical moaner but when the food is awful choice it does ruin the holiday

Fantastic family time, rooms were basic but had everything we needed staff were amazing always happy & smiling the animation team made the holiday especially nadam, it was very good value for money & we will be back next year! The Saturday foam party was a blast

It is an excellent hotel lovely stuff that always cares about you. Great, delicious food specially the dessert and the sweet amazing animation team. I can say it was the best holiday I ever had Tunisia. everything in the hotel was so clean always smells fresh The pizza is amazing. The room is so large and cozy
