酒店景色尚可，但是服務上有很多方面需要改進。泳池的租金需要單獨租借，特別不方便，周邊吃飯不方便，酒店自己的自助餐又各種要求，給顧客發了不同顏色的手繩，塑料死扣的不能摘下來，一直戴着很不方便，但是衹願意提供一次，不夠人性化。酒店設施比較陳舊，性價比一般

Great place to visit, staff friendly and warm, perfect location, nice clean beach. Family friendly, awesome animation team (Sabina, Leo and Steve) kept us busy and entertained the kids. Super relaxing time, highly recommend visiting this hotel on your travels

Check-in was easy. They were very kind. We checked in at 1:40 pm and they said to go and get something to eat as the restaurant was due to close. We then went back to reception and checked into our room. This was all playing sailing and everybody was polite and helpful. Got to the rooms. We had booked Seaview and they were absolutely gorgeous immaculately clean and very large with amazing view of the ocean. Our maid was perfect in every way she made us little towel arts every day and always gave us a hug. Couldn’t ask for anyone better there’s a picture of her in my review. Let’s talk about food well the first three days the food was repetitive and cold. I like to sort this while I’m at resort because personally I could’ve checked out however the restaurant manager Saif couldn’t do enough to help us. He spoke to the chefs. He spoke with the top managers and the food, quality and temperature improved massively. I understand we were out of season. After he had sorted everything out, the food was really really nice, and I couldn’t fault the waiter Nizar ❤️ he went that extra mile, making sure we had drinks, topped up and knew exactly what we drank. It was my friends birthday while we were away. There’s pictures he decorated the table and made a real effort. Nothing was too much for Nizar. Bar staff Ala and Mohammed we’re absolutely amazing. They were really funny, too always had a smile on their face couldn’t fault them. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate, the staff really do make this place and I would love to return when the season is in full swing. Being out of season, the pool was too cold to swimming in, but it was nice just to relax on a lounger Entertainment, staff, Sam and Torres made us laugh, and made us feel really really welcome The question is, would I return? Yes, if the price was right

The food is extremely poor it's cold the staff say you can place in micro wave. chicken and burgers served half cooked of hot plates pizza have been place out for eating half cooked doe still raw in middle rooms are old tiles are cracked in bathroom as well as sink been cracked 2 single beds pushed together some staff are great others are rude I would avoid at all cost

Where to start!!! All staff are amazing, Abdul from the shops, Allidan one of the bar guys, Farthy in the restaurant. All staff were super amazing, they would bend over backwards for you and they all genuinely care to give you the best holiday. The food was outstanding. The rooms were great and very clean. I would 100% recommend this hotel….. I will be back again. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday.

For what we paid the hotel was fine, but don't go with high expectations. I have stayed at much nicer hotels in Tunisia. Room was fine, we booked a double room and weren't too impressed that we ended up with 2 twin beds pushed together and not even attached, not quite what we had imagined. There is a plate of tea and coffee in the room, but this didn't get replenished, even though we asked the cleaners, reception staff and left notes for more coffee it never arrived. Cups in room were left dirty and not changed when room was cleaned. You have to pay a deposit for towels and safe, never had to do this before in other hotels. We paid this in Tunisian dinar which meant that we ended up with local currency that we didn't need back at the end of our stay. Also our safe wasn't even bolted down so you could actually just steal the whole thing if you wanted to! Oh and our balcony door didn't lock. Food was OK, not much choice and very repetitive. Also on busy nights it was manic in the restaurant and the waiting staff couldn't keep up with drink orders and clearing tables. Dirty plates and glasses were often piled up on tables for the whole evening at dinner as they just couldn't cope. Meaning that some nights it was a struggle to find a clean table to sit at. Quite often there seemed to be heated conversations/arguments between the restaurant staff and the managers in front of all the guests which made the atmosphere very awkward, one night a waiter was crying after being spoken to by a manager and it was such a horrible atmosphere in there that we cut our dinner short and left. The majority of staff work really hard, there's just not enough of them to cope. We tried the al a carte restaurant and the service was terrible so we left half way through the meal. Chicken was uncooked and drinks that we asked for never arrived. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The main bar inside the hotel in the evening is a joke, the staff just can't cope with demand and there was always a massive queue. You also didn't know what the drinks would taste like next, we drank gin and tonics and every time you got one it would taste different, never did get to the bottom as to why. We used the spa for one day and loved it, such a fab escape from the main hotel, great treatments and use of the pool and steam room, highly recommend. In conclusion we enjoyed our week for what it was and what we had paid. Pool was lovely and staff very friendly but I wouldn't go back to the hotel. The management seriously need to get things together and staff it properly.

Loved our week here at this hotel. Hotel staff always went out of their way to look after you and they were forever cleaning to keep the hotel areas spotless. Special mentions to Mongi in the restaurant who was so accommodating and Nasa who looked after his beach as well as helping out his colleagues, he just never stopped working! We had a pool view room which was a lovely very appreciated upgrade that had the late afternoon sun beaming in which is not a problem until July and August so I hope the air-conditioning does work better then. Just to answer my own question I put on here before we came to Riyal Thalassa is you can watch the premier league football matches, they have a tv room downstairs next to the indoor pool; most times big games were advertised next to receptltion otherwise if you asked one of the entertainment staff they would put it on for you. I really did enjoy everything at this hotel but if you want to get out and about there is nothing within walking distance really is a hotel to relax next to the pool or on the glistening stunning beach. Can't complain about the food even me being mainly veggie, sometimes was cold but a microwave was on hand. Only negatives fir me was more coathangers needed and pillows bit lumpy which was no big thing and I'm sure would have been resolved if I asked. All in all one of the best value for money holidays we have ever had with the most hardworking staff and to say this was mine and my husbands 46th holiday! We will definately be back!!
