Rooms overall were lovely. Clean, well maintained, and had a great selection of toiletries. Downside of our stay was that the hotel was not accessible. There are no showers, only tubs you must step into (not great for older or disabled folks.) Additionally, there was no hot water so the jacuzzi tubs were not usable. Breakfast was nice but meager for how expensive the room was.

This B&B is in a great location in Monopoli. If you have the sea view you get the road though! The breakfast was brought to our room every morning and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning sunshine. Very clean rooms and a great shower. My only complaint would be is that there was nobody there when we arrived. I had been asked to call half an hour before our arrival which i did but nobody answered. When eventually I did get through Claudio said he would be there in 10 minutes ...... I guess that's a Monopoli 10 minues. We waited half a hour but luckily the sun was shining!

Very nice B&B, parking is a bit far thought if you have big luggages and be sure to always put extra time in the parking meters as they quickly give out parking tickets and its a big hassle to pay them.

A bit surprised on arrival that this was not a hotel but rather a building with 3 rooms and a tiny kitchen area ( where breakfast was made for the 3 rooms) no common area but it didn’t matter because there’s a fabulous rooftop pool area and our room was lovely and we had a small private balcony. We had the king suite. A delicious breakfast was served on the roof ( or you could have it in your room) A bit inconsistent-different every day but basically fruit/ meats and cheeses/pastries/ coffee&tea/ orange juice &water.

Gabriella was fantastic. She helped us out with parking issues (several times), including driving out of old town so we could follow her out. The hotel was great, we had a private swimming pool in the room....had a balcony looking out on the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here to everyone.

I find the other reviews to this property a bit unfair. Yes, there is a steep staircase in the Queen Suite but you dont have to use it - instead just use the spiral staircase up to the roof like all the other guests. Yes, they prepare breakfast in the very small lobby adjacent to several rooms early in the morning but overall these are small prices to pay for a B&B in such a great position - and the breaky was excellent. We found Monopoli a noisy town anyway full of more young people but again this was overall not a bother for us - we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful and always lovely to us providing the best service they could. The parking in Monopoli was more of an issue and you need to be prepared to walk 5 minutes with cases which we found no bother. The collection on offer is really not needed and something the hotel will offer if they can. We walked both to and from the hotel without difficulty and parked for free all days.

Very Disappointing . Only pro was close to local restaurants but not worth it given , No service, breakfast staff noisy outside rooms waking us up early. Person who picked up from the car park seemed bothered to have to help us. They speak No English. Breakfast average and very very steep stairs to to rooftop. Quite dangerous. Our room didn’t have hot water on the second day and only bath no shower? The service consisted of an app with a lot of rules it’s if sand found in the pool 100 euro charge etc. Worst stay most unfriendly in Puglia f our two weeks.

soggiorno di 2 notti ad agosto 2023 solo una cosa positiva la vista della terrazza. tutto il resto è nulla Colazione pessima un 2 stelle ti da di più . camera? che dire letto rotondo lenzuola quadrati, piu piccoli, in bagno non è possibile fare una doccia a meno che qualcuno vi tenga il soffione tra l'altro rotto, televisore di grandi dimensioni ma rauco con altoparlanti rotti non si poteva ascoltare privacy zero!!!! porta scorrevole che ti divide dall' entrata senti anche i bisbigli e tutti sentono te anche se respiri arrivo da incubo essendo in zona ztl non arrivi con la macchina e non c'è un servizio bagagli se Viaggi con molti di essi sei fregato il parcheggio convenzionato a 1 km di distanza senza servizio navetta il proprietario un cafone maleducato puntano solo sul grande flusso di turisti che arrivano Non temo di essere smentito questa e solo la verità abbiamo preso una fregatura!! fregatura!! fregatura!! e la conferma è che ti chiedono di pagare all arrivo già da lì si dovrebbe capire tutto Come sopra se c'è qualcosa di non vero sfido a smentirmi a dimenticavo nessuna ricevuta fiscale di pagamento

Allora arrivati consegna della camera mezz’ora dopo il termine , camera carina bagno disastrosi pulizia delle camera pessima senza carta igienica senza asciugamani terrazza stupenda pulizia 0 addirittura in piscina funziona da acqua per i piccioni che a dirla tutta non sono molti puliti portatori di malattie colazione pessima impagabile la vista terrazza ma non vale i soldi spesi non ci berremo più
