I liked everything about the hotel. The room, the pool, the breakfast, the staff. All was perfect. We enjoyed the pool in the hot hours and went up to Monsaraz (3 min by car) before sunset. Perfect. In the morning, we went out for a run but we found ourselves hiking up a path all the way up to the castel. A great way to workout before a good breakfast!

The hotel is situated in the centre of the village of Telheiro with views of the castle of Monsaraz. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a private balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Book in is at 3pm but suggest that if you arrive early check to see if your room is available. Staff will allow you to go to your room and you can then access the two pools. This will allow you to relax in the heat of the day and then visit the castle in the cool of the late afternoon/early evening. Not far from the hotel the lovely traditional restaurant of Sem-Fim. A great place to stay to enjoy the surrounding areas.

Service: ++ Rooms: +++ Cleanliness:++ Breakfast:-/+ Location: + Price: good Wifi: fine We were staying at the adults only studios, we were very pleased with that. This hotel has enough pools and the studios are fantastic. There are some things to improve, such as the food they offer. A bit overpriced for what you actually get. Staff is friendly, but always in a hurry. Parking spots available .

O espaço é muito agradável. O staff foi excelente, empregadas muito simpáticas. O pequeno almoço muito bom O tempo não esteve muito bom, mas valeu a pena conhecer três praias que nasceram da Barragem do Alqueva,

A Vila Planície é a nossa "zona de conforto". Por todos os motivos que envolvem a excelente qualidade em Hotelaria nos espaços, na limpeza, na oferta de lazer, nos pequenos almoços, na tranquilidade e segurança e na diversão das piscinas. O que mais nos marca e faz voltar é o especial acolhimento da equipa. A dedicação da Lídia, da Rosário e de toda a equipa (toda!) que tudo fazem para nos proporcionarem uns dias tranquilos e plenos. Muito obrigada a todos. Voltaremos!

Estadia excelente, funcionários bastante prestáveis. Pequeno almoço muito bom. 2 piscinas, espaço agradável. Tem snack bar para o dia. Estacionamento privado. Existe inúmeros restaurantes à volta, o próprio estabelecimento dá as indicações. Perto de Reguengos.

Uma pequena aldeia dentro da aldeia mas com serviço ao nivel de bons hotéis Quartos confortáveis Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos Pequeno almoço é uma delícia com variedade de produtos regionais de muita qualidade e bom sabor Piscinas limpas e com areas de apoio em muito bom estado

Magnífico, como sempre. Regressamos, todos os anos, para 1 semana de férias em família. O pessoal é de uma simpatia e disponibilidade exemplares. As piscinas são óptimas. Ideal para descarregar o stress acumulado e carregar baterias.
