La estancia aunque corta fue muy agradable! El staff amable tanto en recepción como cafetería como animación!

Ubicado un poco lejos de la playa, imprescindible coche, con parking exterior dentro del recinto. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, apartamento limpio, bien equipado, amplio y con terraza con mesa y sillas y vista a la piscina. Los jardines bien cuidados y la piscina lo mejor, con rio a contracorriente, zona con chorros a presión y camas de agua.

Un lugar muy acogedor, aunque el servicio de transporte público es prácticamente nulo, las instalaciones son magníficas, el trato cordial y las actividades son muy entretenidas, volveré a repetir pero en la próxima llevaré mi coche porque como les recuerdo el transporte público es casi nulo solo puedes llegar en taxi

A little bit of luck was sprinkled onto our major road trip to Spain, because finding this gem online made an amazing two days for our family! We were actually scheduled for one night but were so tickled pink that we extended another night. We came at the right time because the price was on point and it wasn't too busy. This could easily be a five star place if there was attention to detail. By that, I can think of a few main points during our stay that just need to be addressed...1) instead of the hassle and delay at checkout, it would have been more customer friendly to have us pay the tourist tax fee for the extra day when we extended our stay and paid for it at check-in. (2.) The pool area is beautiful and obviously takes a lot of time and expense, but it was very obvious that the tile work of the pool needs to be fixed and repaired in many areas. (3) as a tourist, the trash system was very unclear. There were possibilities to separate the glass from the regular trash in some areas on the grounds, but otherwise it looked like everything was just regular trash.....with there being so much plastic trash there should be the yellow container to dispose of plastic trash. With this points, I do want to express that this was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others. I enjoyed the morning workout/dance class that was offered, the playground and children's activities are amazing, pool area was very enjoyable and we appreciate that there was a lifeguard, the view from our room, amenities, easy parking, restaurant on site was appealing (but we cooked in our apartment instead). Thank you for an enjoyable experience near the Mediterranean!

The staff is very kind and also a lots to do for kids

It was a very pleasant stay. We purchased a condo in Alicante and will like to stay here on our way down from Barcelona once a year.

Très bonne résidence. Personnel très agréable et qui parle très bien français. La piscine est top et chauffée. Les logements sont très agréable. Les bémols: il faut absolument une voiture et les maître nageur trop strict(pas de balle ou ballon dans la piscine, pas de saut, ...)

Accueil attentif. Appartement agréable, taille des pièces ok avec une terrasse de bonne taille, équipement cuisine ok. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Séjour sans problème à cette époque. Environnement , piscine, terrains de sport et jardins agréables. Wifi ok, beaucoup de chaînes TV françaises. De bons restaurants dans les villes voisines, plage magnifique à Miami Playa (playa Cristal à 5 km de la résidence). A visiter dans les environs, village de Miravet, ville de Tolosa et delta de l'Ebre. Peu d'animations à cette époque de l'année. Restauration dans la résidence non testée. Attention le golf voisin fermé est totalement à l'abandon.

Wij waren hier voor 1 overnachting op doorreis en dat is goed bevallen. Mooi en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden 2 slaapkamers, balkon met zeezicht en zicht op de tuin (ochtendzon). Het was zeer compleet uitgerust en goede bedden. Het ligt wat afgelegen, maar dat vonden wij prettig. Bij de supermarkt Consum hadden we eten gekocht voor diner en ontbijt, alhoewel dat ook verkrijgbaar was in het restaurant. De auto stond veilig geparkeerd achter een gesloten hek. Wij zullen hier zeker nogmaals willen verblijven.
