Hotel Terme Pellegrini

I was there as part of a tour group booking which it seemed is the major part of the hotel's business but there were also individual travelers and couples. From the very friendly welcome to our leaving six days later the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was always done with a smile. I will say that service was sometimes a bit haphazard, especially in the dining room at dinner, but I can live with that. There was always a good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and variety. My room was clean, everything worked, and there was good room service every day. It was not the largest of rooms but I do not go on holiday to sit in a room. The hotel is very conveniently located for all of the amenities and attractions in the town whilst the railway station is about five minutes walk away. All in all a very good stay for us. Thank-you.

Excellent friendly staff, good beds, good matrasses, good food, nice rooms. It is clear the hotel is in a process of modernisation. This is not ready, but important things have been upgraded to this day and age.

A great, family-run, hotel ideally located in the centre of Montecatini Terme. The rooms and food were fine but their great strength is in the quality of the people who work there. Everyone was friendly and actually pleased to help whilst being professional at the same time. The town is also a great base for exploring Tuscany. If and when I return, I shall have the Pellegrini as my first choice hotel.

Jessica and Michele are incredibly hospitable. They are gracious, kind, and friendly. Fantastic advice is just a request away. The hotel itself is wonderful, but these 2 are the stars of the show. I highly recommend this hotel for families or independent travelers.

the hotel is very bad rooms very dirty rooms should be cleaned in more detail there are a lot of bugs in the room the beds are not comfortable the bread at breakfast was not fresh more variety for breakfast room walls are very thin the noises in the other room come to our room

We travelled with Mercury holidays. The hotel was in a great location, right on the square. A warm welcome was received from reception when booking in. Room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the church. Roomy sunny balcony. The room and bathroom was on the small size, but adequate, the bed was comfortable and tea/coffee available in the room. Excellent housekeeping, the room was spotless, as was all of the hotel. My only suggestion would be for more drawers. We were on half-board, breakfast was amble. The hotel was very full with coach parties after our first evening dinning, that evening dinner was very relaxed, after that a bit more hectic! We had to pre-order our dinner the day before which didn't really work well and with so many people in the restaurant at the same time it got confusing. The waiting staff handled the volume of people well, but more staff during this busy time is needed. The food could on some nights was not up to standard.

Siamo stati con un gruppo in questo hotel, stanza singola con letto comodo ma box doccia rotto con acqua che usciva verso la stanza, cena scadente con pietanze davvero non commestibili, si salvava lievemente solo l’antipasto. Da migliorare molto

Sono stato in questo Hotel in gita con la scuola e la mia esperienza non è stata per niente soddisfacente. Una camera doppia trasformata in quadrupla, bagno piccolo e balcone sporco. La cena è stata molto deludente, cibo scadente e cucinato male, tantoché una buona parte degli alunni abbiamo avuto problemi di stomaco. Sconsigliato.
