Petit Chateau

My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience staying at the Petit Chateau B&B. We arrived at the location in mid-September 2023. The first impression was that the building was abandoned, the yard neglected, the front door rusted. When the owner arrived at the hotel, he took us inside. Even the corridor was desperate, musty smell and dirty floor. After inspecting the room we refused the accommodation and went elsewhere, where we spent a wonderful weekend. If the owner cared about people, he would never offer such a thing. He did not want to give us a refund, even though we did not stay a single night in the accommodation. I don't know who writes them positive reviews maybe themselves? Stay away from such a provider and that accommodation.

Beautiful little townhouse all the comforts of home. A lovely big spa bath, great continental breakfast. Perfect location for walking around the new and old town up on the hill. Walking distance from the station. And the host Samanta was more than helpful even gave me her mobile number if I needed anything. I will definitely stay again

The location gives you walking access to everything: trains, funicular, shopping, restaurants, spas, and the park. The antique rooms are quaint with coffee and breakfast provided in the room. The rating would have been 5 stars but the bed was uncomfortable (but very pretty). The owner also has a large hotel, so this location has no staff on-site. HOWEVER, with one phone call Graziano is there for all your needs. He will be your best friend by the end of your stay. Thank you, Graziano!

Mai vista una stanza così sporca da farmi prendere le valige e andarmene: peli nella vasca, lenzuola bucate e muffa nel frigorifero. La parte bella è che sarei passata sopra a tutto, se la proprietaria non si fosse presa il gioco di noi: abbiamo prenotato con la smartbox almeno 3 settimane prima, con un servizio che prevedeva notte e noleggio delle biciclette, una bella esperienza da fare e per cui ci eravamo organizzati la giornata. Il giorno in cui arriviamo al Petit Chateau la proprietaria ci informa che ci ha avvertito il giorno prima tramite email della mancata disponibilità delle biciclette causa maltempo, e ci ha anche riso in faccia dicendoci che tanto il centro di Montecatini è vicino e raggiungibile a piedi. Leggo bene la mail ed è stata inviata alle 20:29 del giorno prima del noleggio bici informandoci che le biciclette non sono disponibili perché per il meteo del periodo non è possibile prenotarle. Una mail che avrebbe potuto inviarci 3 settimane prima, e non la sera prima, quando ormai è impossibile disdire. Anzi, avrebbe potuto evitare di offrire un servizio non disponibile a marzo. La proprietaria così si è intascata i nostri soldi offrendo un servizio non disponibile e ha voluto pararsi la faccia dietro una mail scritta all'ultimo minuto

Struttura d'epoca, un po' lasciata andare, ma che conserva intatto il suo fascino. Ci siamo trovati bene, ma alcune piccole sviste hanno abbassato la media, altrimenti avrei messo anche cinque come voto. Nel bagno non erano presenti tutti gli asciugamani, mancavano quelli da bidet e la pedana per la doccia. L'apericena era abbondante, ma tutto uguale, 10 tramezzini bigusto, magari aggiungere, olive, noccioline, patatine, pizzette, e sarebbe stato tutto perfetto! Il vino buonissimo, millesimato e lo staff molto gentile. Consiglio solo un po' più di attenzione al cliente, ma resta comunque una buona struttura.

Kwamen aan en werden al niet gastvrij ontvangen. Moesten na 8 uur rijden buiten in de brandende zon wachten. Doorgelegen bed. En ontbijt waren koeken en voorverpakte geroosterde boterhammen en voorverpakte kaas en ham. Zou elke dag nieuw drinken in de koelkast gezet worden maar dat was dus niet zo. Geen schone handdoeken en ook niet elke dag ververst.

Mi chiedo nel 2021 come sia possibile avere ancora le finestre degli anni 80. Si sentiva anche chi parlava degli affari suoi giù per strada. Camera sporca e per niente silenziosa. Colazione se la vogliamo chiamare così .!!!? Due buondì chi lo sa da quando stavano lì!? È un po di confetture miste Esselunga zucchero Esselunga ….. caffè Esselunga in polvere… una convenzione con un bar no!??!??!!!? Unica nota positiva la signora che ci ha accolto.
